I ordered a supreme pizza, I had heard that this pizzeria had good food. To my surprise, they offered more than just pizza. On the menu, you can find subs, pasta dishes, calzones, desserts, etc. This is actually a full menu restaurant with table service. I would have never found out if I didn't step in to pick up my order. The pizza was really nice, although the slices folded really bad and lost their shape, something unexpected for a slice that wasn't packed with meats and veggies. Yet, it was tasty all the while. Stopped in here on a whim. Got seated quickly by a very friendly waitress who helps us order. We try a slice of pizza each, they came out quickly and they were BIG. The pizza had a great crust, good amount of cheese and toppings. I really love how they had salt/pepper, cheese, garlic and Italian seasoning on the table so I can add to mine. The customer service here is excellent. Everyone was so nice and accommodating as soon as I walked in the door. They greeted me and were helpful. It seemed to be a cozy little local place which I liked. The downside of this restaurant was the pizza itself. I got the Bianca slice. It was so dry. I had to drink a whole glass of water to get it down. Obviously with this being Yelp, this is my own opinion. But I wasn't impressed unfortunately. read more

If I could give this establishment a -10, I most certainly would.... Horrible customer service!!! I genuinely don't understand what took so long. We ordered one large pizza and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Instead, we waited 45 minutes. The restaurant was empty and the kitchen was fully staffed. There was no lunch rush, no dinner rush, and no visible reason for such an excessive delay. And to top it off... the pizza was extremely salty, like the establishment. If it takes 45 minutes to make a single pizza when the restaurant is empty, I can only imagine what the wait is like when they're actually busy. The issue wasn't just the wait. It was being given a completely unrealistic time estimate and then left waiting with no explanation. Customers can be patient when businesses are honest, but don't tell people 20 minutes when it's really going to be nearly an hour. Small shop located on the corner of a major street. We were waiting at the light and was craving a slice. We pulled over and grabbed a couple slices along with their garlic rolls. It was all pretty good, especially the garlic rolls. Asked for extra garlic and they did not disappoint. The lady at the counter was very nice to us and quick to serve. read more

Stumbled on this place on the way to Blue Springs manatee park. What a gem! This is the closest to real NYC pizza I have had since moving to central Florida. I was totally shocked by how good the slices were. It's special rare that you can buy by the slice like we do up in NY. I placed an online order ahead of time for my family. I showed up alittle after the pick up time and my order was not ready...no problem. I cans sit and wait patiently, it happens. After an hour, I got up and asked where my order was, it was then they realized they never printed it for the kitchen. Another 10 before the owner asked me what she could do. Nothing really, it's to feed my family and my 4 year old. He doesn't care about your problems or what you can offer me for the inconvenience. HE WANTS TO EAT!!! I get problems happen, but this is a small dining room and I am sitting right in front of the counter. No one checked, asked, or looked into my Oder until I had to ask. They're okay. I've got a friend who likes them and so we've been in a few times this summer. The food's good enough. Prices are reasonable. And the hospitality's been excellent despite suffering from staffing issues; we've been very forgiving with the waitress because she's been so nice but there's that. The kitchen is very slow. I really wanted this to be better. When I walked in the place smelled amazing, had that mom & pop local pizza joint look and everything. Staff was OK, not super friendly, but not completely inattentive. The pizza was very underwhelming, and needed to finish baking. It's was on the verge of raw, not even browned on the crust edge and cool. On the other hand, the Greek salad was fantastic. Large portion, good variety of veggies. The pizza was not so saucey ( which I like ) and had a sweetness to the tomato sauce, very savory! Love how the crust is not too crispy but also not soggy, infact it was just right. Pizza was a true, authentic NY style and very good. Menu is huge and would love to have tried some. Had a chocolate drizzle cannoli which was sweet and perfect. Our waiter Tyler was awesome. His enthusiasm and attention to detail, great smile and personality were a welcome change to most of today's service. We will definitely stop on our next trip to see the manatees. Been in here for 40 minutes. We're the only ones in here. They've had maybe 3 call-ins while we've been in here. The crew is slow. The young lady who is working is next to useless. I hear a lot of conversation but haven't seen the pizza we ordered. Two employees just sat down at a table in the restaurant. Still no pizza. Haven't had a drink refill in 20+ minutes. But they have time to talk. One employee talking about waking up at about 2 am and puking. Nice....but where's my pizza? 45 minutes - still talking. 47 minutes - asked if we want ranch or blue cheese with pizza ...still no refill on the drinks. 50 minutes- pizza. Pretty good pizza. Truth is pizza is pretty good at this place. Service on Friday and Saturday is pretty good. Service during the week is horrendous. Blue springs pizza is one of those small corner pizzerias. Atmosphere is decent, it is a small place so it can get a little loud but not to often. The menu has a great selection of Italian dish's. From pizza to penne vodka. The wait staff really is attentive, my personal standard of your drink should never go below half without a refill Is always surpassed here. I mean clean, well mannered. I ate the chicken parmigiana, large portion served with large garlic knots, there will always be enough to take home. Pizza is over priced for the amount of toppings you receive. I literally had one bite sized piece of chicken per slice of pizza and no other toppings. No purple onion or green peppers or even a full layer of BBQ sauce. Just a drizzle of sauce. Some of the chicken still had fat on it so when you bit down on it it felt over cooked and rubbery. Crust and dough was decent but kind of dry and a little chewy. I feel bad for restaurants with the pandemic occurring but you would think a pizza joint would thrive due to deliveries and take out orders. The first time i ordered here was October 2024, the Calzone was the best i've ever had, and the service was great, went again maybe a few days later in October 2024, and the Bianca Pizza we got had a white / grey hair in it, i called and the manager i spoke with i think her name is Courtney, she was very nice and understanding gave me a discount next order i get, anyway fast forward to today, January 11,2025 I placed a pickup order at 2pm, i get there at 1:50 they said the order is ' just coming out' so i expected it to be hot, no it was not even Lukewarm, the Calzone i got was cold, and the jalapeño poppers i got were even more cold, like it was sitting out for over 30 minutes, also mid bite i take for the popper, i found a black what looked like a beard hair, called and complained i believe i talked to Courtney again and gave me a 10% discount like at this point i wanted a FULL refund but no i'm stuck at work, so i couldn't go back. 3 months ago i had the same problem and nothing has changed i will not be going back here cause they don't seem to care that they have loose hairs going in the togo orders as well the food quality gets worse the more i went here, ROMA pizza for win read more

The food is amazing, it's comes off as a small NYC elegant mom and pop pizza diner, there's art on the walls of New York and the staff is super friendly. The Bacon Cheese Fries are a must as the bacon is perfectly cooked with melted cheese ontop. The garlic bread is cut open and served with a hot bowl of marinara sauce. The pizza is the best pizza in the area!!! The bottom of the pie is crunchy while the top has a nice thin layer of cheese. I literally live 5 blocks away from this place. No one can do anything nowadays with any sense of competence or any passion anymore. I ordered for pick up and was told 35 minutes until complete. Got home opened the food and it was as tho it had been sitting for that whole 35 minutes. Nuke warm and soggy. The 12" cheese pizza was the only thing that was cooked to what a standard of a pizza is worth. I'm going to order from other locals from now on. I'm done with this place. read more

I typically love this place and it's not like me to leave a review. This is my go to pizza joint. Super friendly, awesome food. I went to place an order online, double checked the time and pickup options, placed my order, paid online, then headed that way to pick it up. I go to open the front door to BSP and there's a sign that says closed until 8/8. I go to call for a refund and the line is disconnected. I wish they had updated their operating hours to reflect that they were closed. But I spent money and don't know when I'll get a refund because of this. Other than their phone being shut off, there isn't an email address to contact them. Let's hope reaching out on Facebook is good enough. read more
