I contacted many inspectors when preparing to purchase a brand new house. I am a sales manager, and can smell a salesman from a mile away. This industry has become over saturated with young people who are Internet savvy at can get 5 stars on their reviews, but have never spent a day building houses. I am a realtor and recommend Troy for all of my home inspections. Sellers dont like him b/c he is very thorough and will find issues with even new construction homes but that is his job. I have never known him not to take responsibility if there was an error. His reports are also thorough with lots of pictures and he is available to discuss questions.
