They then lied about it, claiming they didn't touch it. This company is based in Plant City. Do NOT hire them! They are dishonest, incompetent, clumsy, and create faulty inspection reports (for instance claiming our laundry floor is vinyl when it is obviously the same wood grain tile that runs throughout the rest of the house). Completely inept.

The owner of the house…read morerepresented it as having a "new roof" and Martin agreed that it was two years old, in fine shape, and had an estimated life expectancy of 23 years. We started having leaks after about a year and, after several attempts to stop the leak, I had several roofers come and inspect my entire roof. The bottom line, the roof was not a new roof, but a poorly installed roof-over. I am currently having to replace the entire roof, including 40 sheets of plywood to repair the rotting decking. How the inspection didn't report an accurate assessment of the roof is a mystery to me. I cannot recommend Blue Star Inspections.
