The sale went great, the cleanup was a bit messy, but it got done. Then, nothing, no contact, no money, and there was a car sold in the sale. We tried calling and texting, but nothing. We contacted the BBB, and they tried to contact him. Nothing. Our loss, maybe your gain. Do not consider his organization for your estate sale. He owes us thousands of dollars and has not had the courtesy to even send us a note. We are retired Navy veterans and selected this company because it is veteran owned. We suspect we were too small a profit margin, or more of a project (waste removal) than he wanted to take on. I was there at 9:40 and waited for them to open. I was the fourth person in line and when they did open I was the third person at the checkout. I asked if they would write me a ticket so that I could pay for the item as it was still there. I was then told that the person running this sale had sold this item to a person in the driveway on her way into the sale. I can only guess that this means that their friends can buy items and not have to come early and wait in the line like I did. The person that they sold the item to was no where to be seen when I was waiting in the line. This is a highly unethical way to do business. So I want others to be aware unless you like to waste your time waiting and your gas traveling to their sales.

After the auction commenced, there were several sales at ridiculously low amounts. The total sales exceeded over $3K. We received nothing as I was told that the money covered the marketing and labor expenses. Talk about a fire sale! The experience just made me feel ripped off and like I just gave away a fortune.
