We hardly ever get to Wahiawa to walk around and this was one of those Saturdays where we wanted to explore, My friend is sooo into vintage Aloha Shirts and they had a good selection at decent prices. He ended up purchasing two at $20 each, both were in great condition and not the "run of the mill" stuff. We did have a great chat wtih the very personable owner who gave us a tour of the building which was purchased by their non-profit. We were very impressed with the apartments behind the store front where many of the volunteers are housed along with their facilities for homeless. They had restrooms and showers that the homeless could use (they were timed entry) along with a pantry where food was distributed. They also had classrooms including an art and dance room to get troubled younger people interested and out of the streets. It's great to know you are helping a good cause when you are shopping!

Multiple things went wrong during the visit. We ordered an iced mocha but received a hot mocha instead. We wanted a strawberry waffle, but they were out which was fine, so we ordered the blueberry. But then later when we followed up on the waffle, they stated they actually didn't have blueberry and only had banana. We had to follow up and remind them a couple of times for our orders: 1) We ordered a breakfast burrito and the worker forgot to put it in the oven to heat it up. It was sitting on the counter for a while, and we had to point it out to them. 2) They didn't start our waffle order right away, and we had to follow up for them to get started on it. They stated that the waffle was "going" but it was obvious that they only started working on it when we followed up. We went on a Sunday morning, and it was not busy at all. We were there for about 40 minutes waiting for the burrito and the waffle. I am generally a very patient person and would understand that mistakes can happen when there's multiple orders and things going on, but aside from one other customer who received her order pretty quickly, it was just us there so it was honestly super disappointing.

There was road construction going on in front of the store, we were fortunate that the construction workers directed us into their parking lot . The owner came out to greet us and let us in (Note: Masks are required as is Social Distancing. All clothing is steamed before they put it back on the racks). It's a wonderful place run by the nicest people you'll ever meet. They treat everyone like family. It's very special to find a clothing store that feature boutique clothing. My wife found a few blouses and we were fortunate to get some of their wonderful Granola. The owner signed us up to get updates on new products and colors that were coming in. She let us know that when we get an update we can preorder before and pick up when it comes in. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back

I had no clue where their center stage was. I checked online and the map/directory didn't have the information either. For future reference, this specific event was held near the Mililani Barber Shop. The person in the "Cotton the Bunny" suit must've been suffering in there because the bunny hardly moved from the chair, barely turned its head and couldn't be bothered to interact with people, let alone wave hello or goodbye. We lined up for their Easter egg hunt which was divided via age groups. We followed the leader to another area of the shopping center and were instructed to visit each shop that had a specific symbol displayed in the storefront. Many businesses were generally too busy with regular, paying customers to be bothered by the event goers (which is understandable). However, we visited a salon that went all out and placed eggs all over their establishment. (If I'm not mistaken, I believe it was LUXE Salon). They set time limits and had a set number of kids enter for each "session." So awesome! There was a very long line for the pony ride and we were cut off when we were almost to the front of the line. How disappointing, but no bother! The petting zoo had bunnies, chickens, goats and even a pig! Also, there was an area where kids could go into the fenced section to pet the chickens. All in all a great time! Highly recommend this event!
