I booked the Allora Signature package and spent the entire day relaxing and enjoying every service. Next time in town, I will definitely book another Allora spa day. The only change that would have made my experience better is if I did not have to leave the room. Between services, you exit the room and sit in a chair located in a small hallway until the next service. It would've been better and more relaxing, as the client, to stay in the room for all services. Understandably, the spa is small and they do their best to ensure comfort despite the necessary merry go round. This is NOT a deterrent from returning by any means but it did catch me off guard. Gratuity is added and given to an each team member. My appointment was scheduled over the phone which allowed me to customize a service included in the package. A deposit is required at booking and the remaining balance after appointment.

They ask you to arrive 20 minutes early, but there's no reason to: no tour, no walkthrough of the services, no robe, no changing room offered, no one even pointed out the restroom. I was handed a drink and told to "go down the hall, take a right" to the tea room. No escort at a supposed luxury spa. My 90-minute massage started 5 minutes late and ended 13 minutes early. I paid for 90 minutes and received 72. Back in the tea room, another guest's child was playing in the candy, the fountain, and the drinking water while I waited another 10 minutes past my scheduled time. The facial was not the anti-aging facial described just basic rubbing and dermaplaning, delivered after I could hear staff gossiping in the lobby. The "hand and foot treatment" was a dry rub with exfoliation gloves before strapping on lotion-filled gloves and booties. The scalp massage was so perfunctory I asked the technician to stop and end the service early. It felt like they were padding out the clock to make up for time shaved off everything else. Think Massage Envy at triple+ the price. If you're considering the top-tier package here, don't. There is nothing signature or luxury about it.

You can valet at the front, and as long as you have your ticket validated, parking is complimentary, which is a nice perk. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. We were greeted right away and offered a quick tour of the facilities (optional, but I'd recommend it), then taken to the locker rooms where everything was set up for us, lockers, robes, and spa shoes. The amenities are honestly next-level. They had everything you could think of: q-tips, combs, brushes, hair dryers, hairspray, shower steamers, sugar scrubs, you name it. There was also a lounge area stocked with water and light snacks, which made it easy to relax before and after services. I booked a 50-minute relaxation massage with Shelly, and she was amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable from the start, and the experience felt very personalized. Before beginning, they have you smell two different aromatherapy oils to see what your body needs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The massage itself was incredible, I would absolutely book with her again. Afterward, we spent time enjoying the rest of the amenities, especially the pool. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The staff really goes above and beyond, they set you up with a covered chair and even drape a towel to create a pillow for you. The pool temperature was perfect, and having servers walking around to take food and drink orders made it feel even more luxurious. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the beautiful facilities, attentive staff, and little details that make everything feel elevated, I would definitely come back again.

The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. Yelp Review I rarely…read morewrite negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience because I don't want another guest, especially another woman of color, to leave feeling the way I did. I originally booked this appointment after attending Bella Collina's Girls' Night Out event. The event itself was wonderful, and the spa offered special pricing if services were booked that evening. My mom and I both booked treatments, so I was genuinely looking forward to this visit. Instead, I experienced one disappointment after another. From the moment I called for directions after my GPS brought me through the wrong entrance, the tone of the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. When I arrived, I immediately noticed the difference between Bella Collina and other luxury spas I have visited. There was no warm greeting, no orientation to the facilities, and no one escorting guests from place to place. I was simply pointed toward the locker room and later told where to go for my treatment. Those details may seem small, but they are exactly what separates true luxury hospitality from an average spa. The interaction with my massage therapist made me especially uncomfortable. She asked whether I wanted the complimentary scalp massage. I explained that I was wearing a wig and would prefer not to have it. Instead of accepting my answer, she continued asking me the same question multiple times. As a Black woman, that exchange felt deeply uncomfortable. Black women wear wigs and other protective styles for many reasons, and I have never before had someone fixate on my hairstyle during a spa treatment. Whether intentional or not, the repeated questioning demonstrated a lack of cultural competence and left me feeling othered rather than cared for. The massage itself was unfortunately the worst I have ever had. Instead of relaxing, I became increasingly tense. I found myself asking to stretch throughout the session because my muscles actually felt tighter as the massage continued. That has never happened to me before. The facial was excellent, and I want to acknowledge that. My esthetician was knowledgeable, professional, and gave me thoughtful advice about my skincare goals. She was the highlight of my visit. Unfortunately, the problems continued afterward. I asked if I could pay before changing into my swimsuit so I could enjoy the spa pool, but I was told no because someone would have to walk me outside. After changing, I returned wearing my swimsuit underneath the spa robe and was immediately told I could not wear the robe outside. At that point, it felt like every interaction centered around another rule or another correction. Instead of feeling welcomed or accommodated, I felt policed. Hospitality should make guests feel comfortable, not constantly worried that they are doing something wrong. Eventually, I decided to leave instead of using the pool because I simply did not feel welcome anymore. The most disappointing part of this experience was not just the poor massage or the lack of luxury service. It was leaving feeling that the staff lacked the cultural awareness necessary to make every guest feel respected and included. That feeling stayed with me long after I left. Bella Collina markets itself as a luxury destination. Luxury is not just beautiful buildings or expensive treatments. Luxury is exceptional hospitality, thoughtful service, and making every guest feel comfortable and valued. Sadly, that was not my experience.

I don't know if we would get a membership just because of the location, it is a little far for us. If they opened one near our home, in Winter Garden, sign up right up! What a great experience this was. This was the first time for my wife and I, to a Lightly Salted. As soon I entered the building I can honestly say it didn't take too long to feel calm. Checking in for our Salt Room was seamless. The person checking my wife and I in was absolutely polite, informative about Lightly Salted and offered us water. We did chose to do the salt room and let me say that was fantastic. I felt like we were essentially transported elsewhere. This is a room with 4 chairs, you have to take your shoes off since the ground is also salt. You sit down and are given a blanket and tissues. Once the session starts, the lights go down and you can hear the salt being sprayed into the air and the room. It is not a private session, so you might have others in the room with you, but everyone has their own chair. To say I was in zen mode is an understatement. My sinuses were absolutely clear afterwards. You might taste the salt a little bit and you might start to sneeze but the salt is very good for you. All in all I definitely want to return and do a full day. You are there in the room for about 45 minutes, by far not long enough, but it is probably all you need to get the benefits. Im sure the more you go, the better you feel. We definitely left salty (black pants are a no no) but we really enjoyed it.

I have read there are amazing benefits with salt rooms so we were very excited to try it. We were greeted when we arrived and waited about 10 minutes before getting to head to the room. There is some merchandise for sale in the waiting area and they also have water. The room itself is salt so we had to remove our shoes and wear booties. Each room had about 4 chairs with a foot rest to put your legs up. I would have liked the chair to go back a little and I think it did but I couldn't figure it out and was trying to be quiet for the other guest that joined us. We were completely unsure of what happened and I really questioned if the room we entered we just sat there. We were given a little instructions such as your eyes might run or nose and what the benefits of the salt room was. Once it started the lights dimed and this loud blower started. This is what was blowing out the salt. It is such a fine mist you really do not feel it, however I did start to taste a little salt. It was extremely relaxing, I think I fell asleep for a few minutes. After we were covered, white powder on our clothes and our shoes were totally white with salt. I would recommend not wearing dark colors! But overall I loved this experience and I cant wait to go back and do it again!
