My masseuse was a lady named Ma, she was excellent and we gave a $20 tip to each masseuse. When the gentleman who handle the money gave it to them, something was said in whatever language they spoke and they looked at the money and all laughed. Based on body language and reaction, we presume they were not happy with the tip. The massage was great, but I would not be willing to offer more than $20 tip for various reasons. 1. Staff was talking in the hallway, 2. It was a quick 60 minute massage nothing luxurious, just a massage with everything feeling like it was rushed and it didn't include the feet, 3. The therapist left the room for several minutes and didn't say she was leaving. There was an abrupt halt and she came back several minutes later to finish. I give 5 stars because I feel like I had a good massage for what I paid. If therapists wants a $40 or $50 tip for a $35 massage then you need to deliver a massage worthy of a tip double your charge. I say this from the experience of being a massage therapist myself, not a complaining customer. I should take away 3 stars because it was insulting that they laughed when we gave then $20 each.

My massage therapist was very patient and accommodating, adjusting everything so I could stay on my back while focusing on my neck, shoulders, and head. She did an excellent job. My mom got a combination full-body and foot massage, and her therapist was amazing as well. There was a slight language barrier, but everyone was kind, and we were able to communicate just fine. I wanted to provide an update on what happened after I called the police. While the police were interviewing the workers at the business, they requested access to the security camera footage. During this time, the masseuse was acting very strange and repeatedly kept touching her pocket, which immediately raised concerns. The police gave her one final opportunity to conduct another search. The officer also asked me if I wanted to search the premises myself, and I told him that I wanted the entire place searched, including the masseuse, her pockets, and everywhere else thoroughly. Shortly after, the owner arrived and began speaking with the police. Then, unbelievably, the masseuse walked back into the same room (room 008) we had previously been in, came back out, and suddenly claimed she had found the missing item. She told the police it was supposedly under the pillow. What makes this highly suspicious is that she had already searched under the pillow and through the NEW sheets while I was present and stated that nothing was there. Now we're expected to believe that it was somehow hidden in the crack of the massage table (according to the owner stated on my friend's review) the entire time. That explanation sounds very sketchy and raises serious concerns about the credibility of what actually happened. STILL never coming back. The masseuse got caught.
