I've been having a good massage and cupping at the same time so it's great for me. I enjoy that place.

I worked with Cathy and she was amazing at finding and relieving knots. I've gotten many massages over several years but this I'd count as the best experience so far. She has very good strength and technique, there's no lack of power in her hands and she's also skilled with her elbows. She was able to relieve a ton of tension in my neck, back. and shoulders. It can be quite painful but you can feel the quality of the work. I also opted for walking on the back which usually isn't great but she also has good technique when using her feet. It's not like other places where it feels like they're actually just walking around. She presses certain pressure points with her toes and balls of her feet. You can request certain body parts or areas of pain to be focused on, in this case it was my knee. She put a lot of time and technique working on and around my knee. I started with a 60 minute massage and it felt so good that when I'd flipped onto my back for the head and shoulder massage, I requested to add an extra 30 minutes. Total for 90 minutes was $90. I definitely recommend coming here, the process felt a lot more like a sports medicine massage and I feel great.

And let me just say... Willow is HANDS DOWN the best out of the three therapists I've tried here. I felt the most relaxed I've ever felt, and she somehow found every single spot that needed attention without me even saying much. It was like she read my stress levels telepathically. She was gentle but effective, really intentional with her movements, and made sure I was fully relaxed the entire time. No rushed feeling, no "are we done already?" -- just pure melt-into-the-table energy. My 60-minute massage was $55, and hubby's 60-minute deep tissue with Laura was $60 -- which is honestly such a steal for how good we felt walking out. There is truly no better way to end a long work week than with a Friday massage. We floated out of there like two stress-free marshmallows. Definitely a must-try spot if you need to reset your life (or your shoulders). We'll absolutely be back.

The owner (Lulu) is very accommodating, welcoming, and always makes sure customers feel comfortable. Thomas, the receptionist, is also incredibly friendly. He always gives excellent customer service. I've tried massages from most of the therapists but Mary truly stands out. She is highly skilled, attentive, and knows exactly how to target problem areas. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Lulu's Relax Day Spa to anyone looking for a great massage experience and outstanding customer service!

Otherwise, street parking in the front. Be wary of the parking restrictions (2 hour parking I believe). The interior is very dim. They have multiple rooms, some single, and some doubles. They literally use up all their open space to put some massage tables in them. When it was my appointment, they walked me over to a section I didn't know existed. It was pretty neat. They soaked my feet in hot water, and as that was going on, they gave me a body massage too! I wasn't expecting that for a foot massage. Each time I come here, I fall asleep. I enjoy the pillow head rest. The bed had cushion which made it more comfortable to lay on. I believe I had a gentleman named Tony. He's great, but the only problem I had with him is that his hands reek of cigarettes. When he massaged my head (which I just came from a head scalp spa), I was saddened to know the money I just spent washing my hair had been contaminated with the smell of cigarettes. Which is why I'm going to rate this a 3-Star. I love this place, very affordable and clean. Hygiene could be better.

You get checked in and the host was very nice. He offered us water as we waited for our masseuse to come get us. The waiting area in the second building looked very upscale and the rooms were separated by a wall and drapes. Soft instrumental music was playing in the background. I came here with a friend to get a massage and the staff were extremely friendly and very professional. For $40 and hour, it wasnt bad and it came woth hot stones. I couldn't get truly comfortable because the head pillow had a layer of protection that made me feel like im being suffocated. I told my friend I wished my masseuse could have left the stones on my body after being worked on with them. She told me that her masseuse left it on her. They also offer facials, lashes, and nail care! They have everything here. We will be back.

Overall a 3.5 star experience…read more I came her b/c of an IG video by Kristie Hang and was really looking forward to it for increased circulation and blood flow. I booked on Sunday for Monday 11am, 2 hr deep tissue massage. I got here and was kept waiting for about 12-13 minutes b/c they said they were preparing the room. The room is really cramped, the therapist has very little room to maneuver around you. The bed is kind of rock hard, not a true massage bed, not comfortable. Instead of breathable thin tissues that you see at the chiro or acupuncture places for your face, they use paper towels folded 2x (thick), very hard to breathe. Most of the massage is face down. Alot of deep tissue from your neck, back of arms to calves. They use a heck of alot of oil. At one point they bring out a bucket with warm water, with spikes on the bottom for your feet. Not sure why, b/c they don't really massage your feet (at 1 point, they might pound your feet before they have you flip over). - I asked for scalp and ear massage which was done well, happy about that Only a brief time was spent face up. - Massage on shoulders and chest (above breast area) was very restorative There are alot of breaks while the therapists goes to get supplies bc the room is so small. The hot stones are not very hot or soothing, and are laid on your back over a thin towel. She used 1 hot towel on my back. For the rest of my oily body (legs, thighs, etc. a fresh hot towel would have been nice), The therapist does not speak good English. She only knew a few words: Soft, Medium and Hard (strong pressure). Sometimes when it was too hard in certain pressure points, I tried to ask for more gentle, and they she would reduce the whole massage to medium. It was a touch frustrating. For 2 hrs, deep tissue: $80. Half of it was restorative. Some parts I didn't feel like it did much. Then when I was getting changed, I gave my therapist a $20 CASH tip, which works out to 25% tip. She did not look too happy and did not thank me. She gave me the feeling I should have tipped her more. She seemed displeased or disgruntled. Strange and disappointing. There is some street parking, but there are also a few spots to the rear. Everything is very dim. The reception man just says, you have to let your eyes adjust. Even the light in the bathroom. In someways maybe it was overall a good massage, b/c I slept well when I got home. A deep sleep. I just wish it could have been more restorative during the full 2 hours. Maybe I am expecting too much. Hmmm.

You can feel sincerity in every touch, and it makes you realize how humble he is despite his extraordinary talent. Skill, sincerity, humility, and comfort--these qualities perfectly define Master Fu. Among the many encounters in our lives, this is truly one of the best and most meaningful ones. We are very sad and disappointed that Andy no longer works here. Andy's touch also carried an incredibly deep level of mastery that was second to none. Michael is undoubtedly an excellent massage therapist as well. In fact, all the massage therapists working here are outstanding. There is someone who made a complaint about Andy. If the pressure felt too strong, he could have simply asked for lighter pressure. I personally believe Andy's movements showed professional expertise and were excellent. I also clearly heard from Candy on May 5, 2025, that she had taken over this place not long ago, and that she has over 20 years of combined experience operating massage businesses. Candy has never lied to me about these facts. As far as I know, she is not the kind of person who would lie, nor does she have any reason to do so. I truly do not understand this person's attitude. I've seen some comments complaining about being asked for a $10 tip--please, let's stop this. These professionals spend at least an hour or more providing full-body massages, and they are true masters of their craft. They honestly deserve tips of at least $30-$40 or more. If you don't even want to leave a $10 tip, you should be ashamed. I'm not writing this to show off in any way; my wife and I always tip at least $30 each, even at a minimum.

So clean and professional. I came alone and was serviced in a private room. First, got to see my scalp, changed into a robe and laid on the massage chair. The whole experience was amazing and relaxing. One thing I noticed that mattered to me is that at all scalp places my neck starts to ache after laying there for so long but here my neck was so comfortable. I also have A LOT of hair and Joyee was very accommodating to me. My scalp is clean and so fresh. Definitely checking them out. Also, was given a lovely little bottle of tea to go. I parked out front, it's free 2 hour street parking. Not sure where you'd park is the street is full, maybe they have a back parking lot?

I checked in and they walked me into a room with a body massage machine. I got a cell vitality scalp care massage. The first thing the masseuse did was check my scalp and she said it was dry and I had dandruff. Then she had me lay down on the massage machine and she turned it on. The machine was massaging my back the entire time. The masseuse was massaging my shoulders and that felt good but a little short. Then she moved on to massaging my head, lathered it and washed it. She put treatment on my head and wrapped it around for a few minutes. After she rinsed it off and we went to dry my hair. The last part was using these tools from a machine to help hair growth. They seemed like laser tools. Overall, I liked the shoulder and head massage. I didn't really care for the massage machine massaging my back because some parts actually hurt. It was an ok experience compared to other places I had been to.

They have different prices starting from $50 (foot massage) to $60 (body; combo) to $70 acupressure. I chose the 1-hour combo with hot stones. I was met by a female manager/owner. I proceeded to one of their dim lit room suite. It was neat with a relaxing atmosphere. My female masseuse (Mary) is exceptionally skilled, and applied the right amount of body pressure. I lay there with oil on my back and she worked on it thoroughly. And I overheard her say "Wow" in a soft voice while rubbing my upper trapezius and latissimus dorsai muscles. I almost fell asleep during the session. The session ended with my body muscles relieved of tension and ache. Staff were nice and welcoming. I tipped my masseuse $20 and thanked the staff.
