She was kind enough to take photos of us throughout our relaxing day, and she was incredibly knowledgeable about the Willamette Valley region and wines. The van that she transported us in was very spacious for our group. She provided us with water bottles, a special sweet treat and allowed us to charge our phones. Our driver, Zhieco, was super nice and professional, he opened all the doors for us every time we got in or out, and when we asked him questions he was chatty and good company. The staff at the dispensary was extremely knowledgable, and our product was discounted, as we were with a tour. We then stopped for food at food trucks up on the Northeast side of town. We then ventured to Multnomah Falls, which were absolutely beautiful. We ended with a trip to a coffee roaster, and then were dropped back off where were staying. I highly recommend this tour company! Sam was very friendly, knowledgable, and funny. Smoking on the bus was awesome, and the drive to Multnomah Falls was absolutely beautiful.

The gentlemen we had were friendly and took care of all of our luggage. The company has great communication. We were scheduled to be picked up at 4:45am but at around 9pm the night before I started getting nervous that we should leave a few minutes earlier, so I sent them an email asking if we could leave at 4:30am instead, really not expecting anyone to respond in time. They actually emailed me back within 10 minutes and confirmed the earlier pick-up time. Then, our return flight landed at PDX (an unheard of!) 40 minutes early. As soon as we touched down I texted the number to see if there would be any way someone could come pick us up for 40 minutes earlier than planned, again not necessarily expecting a response - especially since it was close to midnight. However, they texted me back instantly that my driver would be in touch with me soon, and sure enough our driver texted me within a few minutes. By the time we grabbed our suitcases off of the conveyor and walked a few minutes to the curb, our driver was already there and waiting despite us being 40 minutes early - and, again, it was close to midnight on a Wednesday. We are customers for life!

He was attentive and patient, even when I called him multiple times with questions. The manager, Rasheem, met us at baggage claim. Our driver, Zhieco, was professional and friendly. He helped us get our (very heavy) luggage into the hotel. On the other hand, the company I called first did not give me a chance to explain why we needed help at baggage claim. As soon as he heard that, he immediately said he couldn't help me. He threatened to post my phone number online when I wrote him a one-star review. I was shocked. I would've taken it down, regardless, because I don't post bad reviews. So, I was especially glad to talk with Hewar on my second phone call. I highly recommend Elite.
