We picked up the shuttle at Sunset Transit Center early Saturday morning. Mitch, our driver was super welcoming and kind. We saw alot of him during the day too. For 5 hours we bopped on and off the bus to 5 different wineries throughout the Dundee area. Mitch collected our purchases and returned them on our way back to Portland. So nice not to carry bottles with us all day. Every 20 minutes or so a bus would appear. We were never in a rush, nor did we ever wait very long. We visited wineries I've never heard of before and they were AMAZING. How would I have ever known about them otherwise?!? White Rose was our favorite. Such a cool space and amazing Pinots. I'll never not use NW Wine Shuttle to visit wineries again. Great service, frequent pick ups and good cost point!

The wineries she chose all had a different flair and had unique stories. As we are not knowledgeable about Pinot Noir, Helen was a wealth of information. Not only did we learn about Pinot Noir but she also gave me some baking tips. She had prepared our lunch and the cookies she made were fantastic! (She has a background in the restaurant business.) Our tour was in July and, of course, the wine would not be shipped by Cellar Door or the winery until October. Both shipments arrived promptly in October as promised! Roger takes the time to call you in advance of the tour, talk about what you might like in terms of wine style, types of grapes, feel of the tasting rooms and your desired pace of the day. We found that planning for there wineries in a day is really the perfect leisurely pace to set - four leaves you tired, and five will put you down for the count! What makes Tesla Custom tours exceptional is Roger's live of wine, and extensive experience in the area. He knows the vintners personally, understands the pros and cons of each one well, and is a "club member" of several the vineyards he likes himself. It's a treat to have a tour guide who really enjoys the craft aspect of winemaking and is able to share his local knowledge and experience as part of the day's adventures. Rodgers also prepares an over the top lunch for guests that is served at one of the wineries along the way, pairing the food with the wine in a delightful ambience that creates great memories. But the server never went thru the wines and explain the origin or the history of the wines. This was a negative as the winery we previously visited had an informative narrative as part of the presentation. There are so many wineries in the Willamette region, and we will continue to taste at many others. But I will not recommend Ardiri as one for new visitors to visit.

I had emailed a few other companies, she was the only one to get back to me(luckily). She replied very quickly to any question I had prior to the tour. The van was very clean and new! We hit 3 amazingly beautiful wineries on this tour. I came in only wanting one winery in particular and Janine did a great job picking the other two. Kramer vineyards could not be more perfect. Overall the tour was more than I expected! We will definitely be using this company again on our next visit! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
