Just a pleasant environment. I love his staff! There is nothing like having a staff who enjoys their work environment and it shows. My daughter looks forward to her visits with him. He's very passionate about helping his patients. This attribute stood out when I originally had consultation prior to Covid. My daughter built a lot of confidence thanks to Dr. mateer and staff. They are responsible to give proper instructions to make sure they patients receive the treatment properly. Their hours are awful. They are open in such a weird time frame and they don't properly care for their patients.
