I needed it a moving company that was quick and responsive because we had two moves to do in a week. I recently closed in the home and since we were moving two households into one, I needed a reliable team to come in and take care of both of them within a week of each other. Really appreciate straightforward pricing that I received from Blue, And I really appreciate the service that I received from the guys who were there. The first move was the most difficult, we've actually had to move twice because of the amount of items I've had to be delivered. One recommendation I have. If you have a three-bedroom house ask for a big truck because a 16 ft truck is not going to be big enough to handle it. I also had the same problem with my town home downtown Fort Worth. It was a three bedroom and because I had some bulky items. Wish we would have brought a bigger truck. But that's hindsight. If you want to move to be done in one trip, make sure you ask about pricing for a larger truck The guys who helped us move were wonderful, they were friendly and professional and they did as much as they could as fast as they could. And of course they did take care of our items as needed. The first day took 9 hours, and with a straight forward pricing and quote that they provided. Provided I was not surprised at the end of the day. I was happy to provide the funding and was comforter enough to call them back for another move that week The second move was a short move but again it took two trips because I had some bulky items but they were able to knock it out fairly quickly But I use The service again from these guys, absolutely. We selected this company for our out-of-state move because of the good reviews and their competitive pricing. Things started out okay but then began to go downhill. Before I get into the reasons why, I will say this: the owner and his partner were very hardworking and overall pleasant. Porshai was also very kind every time we spoke with her. But there were several mishaps along the way that earned this 2-star review. They came to our 2-bedroom apartment to take inventory of our things before the move. They looked in bedrooms and opened closets but didn't look in any of our cabinets, so they severely underestimated how long it would take to pack. We chose the option to have them pack everything for us in addition to moving--which turned out to be too good to be true in the end. We ended up having to pitch in and help pack boxes unexpectedly because they sent 2 guys for what was really a 4-person job. This caused a lot of stress on us and severely delayed our move. And since they were severely behind schedule, things were not organized/packed neatly or wrapped appropriately. When they began to pack for us, they brought boxes but no tape or scissors--we had to supply the tape and scissors which was unprofessional for a moving company. I had to run to Lowes and buy more boxes and tape (which they did reimburse us for, thankfully) and this further delayed us. In addition, they only brought a mid-size Uhaul truck--not a legitimate moving truck. So they had to go to UHaul and get another truck, which further delayed us. We were supposed to leave early the next morning but due to the delays we didn't end up leaving for our new home until around 4pm the next day. By the time we crossed over into the state we were moving to it was about 10:30pm, and we still had 3.5 hours to go to reach our new home. We knew there was no way they'd be able to start unpacking until the next morning because it would be too late/the noise would be disrespectful to the neighbors at such a late hour, and with it being dark things were likely to be dropped or banged up due to poor lighting. However, the owner gave us a call around that 10:30 time mark and started telling us that they wanted to unpack that evening, otherwise they wouldn't make it back to Texas in time for their next moving job. We calmly explained that that wasn't an option due to the reasons I listed above, and the fact that they underestimated the move after taking inventory was on them--not in us--the fact that this was going to potentially affect their next move was not our fault. At that point, the owner began to raise his voice at us and throw the "you signed a contract that stated your move had to be completed in a certain amount of hours" excuse. This was completely false. We read the contract and no where was it explained that this was a requirement. After more than 24 hours of stresses and delays this was not the type of customer service we expected to receive. They finally agreed to begin unpacking really early the following morning, around 6am. I will say that they had a good attitude and were very pleasant that day. We had minimal damage--just a broken light fixture and martini glass, and some minor nicks/scratches on a few items. Porshai took care of these claims for us immediately which was nice. I hate giving companies sub-par reviews, but ultimately I think it's important for other movers to hear about our experience. I think the out-of-state move was too much to handle for this company and they may provide a better experience for same-city moves. I hope they work on their customer experience and don't call/yell at other clients at 10:30pm at night--it was really disrespectful and uncalled for after we had kindly helped packed boxes, bought them drinks and meals, and bought boxes/tape for them. read more

I was in a bind, needing a very heavy executive desk moved from a 2nd floor down a really odd staircase, and needed it done today because I am having another put together in the morning. They were so responsive, very competitive in regards to cost, they were able to address my needs very quickly, and the guys did an outstanding job. Please please please make sure you sign a contract with this company before you do business with them. They didn't have any paperwork for me to sign and that should've been red flag #1. I hired them for a local move earlier this year, which went well (punctual, courteous, quick) except for the fact that a box was missing, and this box happened to be filled with over $600 worth of brand new electronics. Now I'm not saying that they stole it since I can't prove that, but I just know I had my Best Buy electronics in a box in my storage unit and after moving to my new place, the box is nowhere to be found. The company has no moving insurance or valuation (according to the owner they didn't renew that month) so please think twice before using them for a move and please SIGN A CONTRACT! They're reasonably priced but remember- you get what you pay for. read more

Worst company ever they didn't even give me this name I talked to Ken about everything I got the info from a family member who told me that the company name was don't stop moving at least that's what they told her. But when I called them he gave me the name E Z moving. I was scheduled for a 2:00 move they didn't come until 5:30 I had issues with the storage so the good thing was they did store my things overnight for $50 fee but they broke my 50-in TV and has not responded about paying before it yet but I didn't pay the $50 for the storage fee however I still haven't heard from anyone regarding my broken TV. i was an employee I didn't know that porshai was lying to the customer the whole time she told the customer we left on Thursday morning but it was actually friday night on a move to florida i left friday night and returned to dallas from st augustine florida shes very dishonest she refuses to pay even though the customer left me good reviews she wont pay she also dont prioritize her business so if you looking for something cheap she the right one but no reliable she intentionally order a 16 foot truck when the customer asked for a 24 foot so we had to leave 5000 worth of furniture in florida i worked for and wouldn't recommend at all read more

if i could leave no stars and still give a review/ warning i would. the most unprofessional company i've ever seen. not only did they show up an hour and a half late to the pick up location, their assistant tried to blatantly lie to the owner (one of the movers) claiming i lacked communication in order to not own up to her own fault in telling me they had a lock grinder when they did not, luckily i had proof of the messages between us to send to him. however he then proceeded to to rent the wrong tool and break the door at the storage facility to get the lock off. upon arriving to our drop off destination he informs me he broke one of my desks and only offers $50 off the total to compensate for a $150 desk (i was forced to use zelle after asking to pay with a credit card, it was clear i was unhappy with the service and it's known zelle won't dispute charges) , a few days later after unpacking i find my ($400) smart tv is broken and my swiffer is missing. i contacted them in an attempt to find some sort of resolve but was told by the same assistant that i should've contacted them in a "timely manner" although i reached out within 6 days of the move as soon as i'd finished unpacking (and realized things were broken and missing) and that they'd be refusing to give any form of a refund for the damage and apparently stolen items. after doing a bit more looking at reviews on different websites i see expensive items going "missing" or getting damaged isn't new for them, do not use this company they'll cost you more than you save. read more
