We stayed there the last week of August 2023. Our room was lovely and the access to the beach was phenomenal.

Living room area. Very Miami decor

Nice, little Bluegreen property with the friendliest staff. My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and , for the most part, we were pleased with our stay. We did have a hard time finding this property at first since the sign is so small in comparison to the building. So keep your eyes peeled because you can easily pass them up in a blink of an eye! There is no self parking here, only valet which is $7 /day (for owners)with in/out priviledges. Check in was a breeze and our room was ready upon arrival. We had a one bedroom with a full kitchen(appliances and utensils even provided) . It was more than enough room for 2 people and could've easily fit 4 people since the couch was a pull out sofa. The bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries and towels, definitely way more than 2 people would need for a weekend. The bonus part of this property is that they are literally located less than 2 minutes from the beach. Unfortunately, my husband and I aren't really beach folks so we didn't really take advantage of the amenities that came with staying here such as complimentary beach towels and beach chairs. If the beach isn't your thing, they also have a pool and Jacuzzi on site. As well as a fitness center. This property is fairly quiet and there are not any businesses in close proximity. On our first night, we walked around exploring but it took us several blocks before we found a strip of restaurants and businesses including a Publix. I would recommend bringing food beforehand to store in the kitchen to save the hassle of figuring out what to eat for every meal(and having to drive). The front desk did save us one night when we were too tired to leave (after being out walking around all day) for dinner and provided some delivery menus for us to order from. I will say that the elevator is the slowest so skip it and take the stairs. Also, give valet a call for your car before heading downstairs so they get a quick heads up. Overall, great stay but next time we stay here, I'll plan accordingly and pack food/snacks to bring.

Not the best Bluegreen property we've been to, but certainly not the worst. We went with a 1 bedroom with full kitchen, and we ended up with a corner room that's very light and airy. The pool/hot tub area is very clean, although busier in the evenings. The walk to the beach was MAYBE two minutes long. The staff has been very friendly and pleasant and we're really enjoying our time here.

I booked 3 basic rooms with points, days before check in we were upgraded to TWO-2 Bedroom Royal Suites, both Royal suites were high floor ocean front with amazing south beach views, at check in I told the the hotel they can keep the third room, cause with the two-2 bedroom Royal suits we basically have 4 rooms already I do not need the third room which they also upgraded, I told them I was not worried about the points spent and let some other guests enjoy the third suite, the hotel actually cancelled my third room reservation and returned all my points, these 2 royal suites have a combined value of $8,000, I was super happy about this upgrade. Everyone and everything at this resort was perfect, from the beach attendants to pool servers and all staffs, everyone was very attentive and friendly. All kinds of complimentary treats throughout the day like champagne and free ice cream, treats by the pool often and pictures by the beach Welcome gift was breakfast for all guests, hand wrote welcome letters, huge fruit baskets and sparkling water was delivered to the room by our butler. Oh did I mention the house car was a $300k Bentley, the house car took us to dinner and back with ease. This resort is everything a luxury resort should be, we have been to all kinds of top tier resort from Marriott and Hilton, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort hands down is the best of them all

At the Ritz-Carlton hotel bar, I ordered a coffee and asked if they had any croissants . Tania!! The staff member informed me that croissants weren't on the menu. However, she offered to check the breakfast area across the hotel to see if any were left over after breakfast hours. I told her that either plain or chocolate croissants would be fine. She left to check and returned with a plain croissant. To my surprise, she also brought some butter and additional chocolate so I could make my own chocolate croissant. We did get upgraded from an ocean view room to a coastline view suite and appreciated being able to choose between the two at check-in. Even with the upgrade, the stay didn't live up to expectations. The biggest issue is that the property feels dated and poorly maintained. In our room alone there was peeling laminate in the bathroom, likely from the tub faucet spraying toward the window, a shower that never got hot enough, and on our last day the closet door handle literally fell off. Not what you expect at this price point. Service was inconsistent. We walked into our room at one point and found housekeeping sitting on the couch. Valet was also frustrating since the parking attendant couldn't clearly direct us to visitor parking, so we ended up paying for valet every day. The hair dryer was low quality with only one heat setting. I use a salon-quality dryer at home, but even compared to some 4-star hotels this felt like a downgrade. Small detail, but it adds up. Food was mediocre and overpriced. A $22 piña colada mocktail was basically a slushy. Nothing we had stood out in a good way. The pool area is smaller than expected and not particularly nice for a resort like this. We were expecting more, whether that meant a larger pool, a second pool, or something more elevated. The beach was the highlight. Chairs and umbrellas were included in the resort fee and the staff there were genuinely warm and attentive. There was also noticeable construction noise and sound from the nearby bridge, which took away from the overall experience. The blackout curtains didn't fully close, which made it harder to get good sleep with a baby, and the balcony furniture felt minimal. Overall, this felt like fake luxury. The branding is there, but the experience doesn't match. Not worth the price and we would not stay here again.
