And with even better experience than the first time. Jordan was able to schedule me immediately the following day, and my Lexus IS350's tint was done in no time. Very satisfied with the work and service. I had a very small project - I wanted to black out part of the hood of my truck to remove glare from the sun's reflection off of the hood scoop and high area of the hood. The installer made a couple of suggestions that made the end product do exactly that and look better than my original request. The price was much less than I expected and they used quality film. They were also able to get me in the next day and was done with the car in 4 hours. The owner and office manager were both friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again. read more

Excellent work by Fernando/Bluemax! Their price quote was competitive, and I was able to get a same day appointment as well. Fernando walked me through the options and helped me make an educated decision. The work is flawless. I was worried that the bubbles I was seeing on the windows would remain, but as their advise and documentation states, they went away after 2-3 days. I would recommend this place to anyone. What a noticeable difference in the temperature in the car. Sofia demonstrated the difference in the film using a heat lamp. My husband was quoted $399 through text for the windows, but the windshield price was never discussed. We accept responsibility for not confirming that beforehand. However, when I arrived, the total was suddenly $600. Had we known the full price, we likely would have chosen one of the other shops that quoted us less. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. We were originally told the job would take a couple of hours and later told it would be completed before the shop closed at 7:00 p.m. By 6:30 p.m., we still had not received an update, so we drove there and learned he was waiting for a package. He never clearly explained that he did not have the 70% film needed for the windshield and front windows. Had we known, we would have picked up the vehicle and returned another day. We went back around 8:30 p.m. because we needed to put our young daughter to bed and were not comfortable leaving our car overnight. The shop lights were off, and no one was there. After my husband called, the owner came out of his house, turned the lights back on, and resumed working. Our vehicle was finally completed around 9:30 p.m.--11 hours after we dropped it off. We received no discount and were then informed that there was no warranty on the tint. My husband was told the bubbles would disappear, but the following day, we noticed even more bubbles on several windows. We understand tint needs time to cure, but we are very disappointed with the quality and now have to take our brand-new vehicle to another shop to have the tint inspected and corrected. Considering the poor workmanship, 11-hour delay, lack of communication, no warranty, and the additional expense of having another shop fix the tint, we believe some type of refund is more than reasonable.
