An excellent job tinting, my G wagon and my GLE Coupe

lifted edges fixed by just (roughly) cutting it away

If you want quality work and truthful customer service, I advise you NOT to go here. I can't say anything about their tinting work since I only got PPF done. But, their PPF work is just bad. And, mine was even done by their owner, Sophia. As you can see from the photos attached, this business just does not care about their work. As an example, the edges of my bumper was lifting everywhere all the way around. The top edges got dirt trapped in after the rain we had. So, I brought it back and Juan said it needs to be replaced after taking a look. However, when I picked up the car the next day, all Sophia did was cut away the lifted portions. Issues from doing this: - I paid for a bulk install so that I won't see the lines like you do with a computer cut. But, by cutting away the lifted portions, it looks even worse than a computer cut job since the cuts are not straight. - Some of the edges still have dirt trapped and some edges still lifting up. The spoiler PPF was also apparently done by computer cut, even though it was clearly stated beforehand that all work is bulk install. And, even this computer cut was done poorly as shown in the picture. How they deliver the car completely knowing they cut corners is beyond my comprehension. This tells you all you need to know about how they treat their work. Funny part was listening to Juan trying to explain how no work can be perfect and this is better than every other PPF work he has seen done by other shops in the area. If your work is this bad, at least do not put down the work of other shops. She told me to come back for the third time so she can fix it again. No way. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. It costs me money and time from work to keep on going back and forth this place. I can't give them another cent of my money or my time.

I've brought many vehicles to Bluemax. They can always get you in right away and do excellent work with great prices! I would come here even if they were a lot farther. Love they are just 5 minutes from me!!

Highly recommend this place. Family owned business. They offer a lifetime warranty on all of their products. I came in two weeks ago to get my windows tinted, and saw there was a small crease. This message is specifically for FERNANDO! This is my first time ever getting a window tint on my car and I have heard awful stories about peoples window tinting experiences and I came in with paranoia! BLUEMAX TINTING IS, I REPEAT THE BEST OUT THERE! I waited a few weeks to write this review because I wanted to make sure my tint was done properly...and it SURE WAS :)! In late 2019 I came here paid for four glasses tinting. Until today I found that I was completely fooled. Thy did only the two front window but charged for four windows. I didn't know until today one of my rear windows got broken. The glass shop checked my windows and told me the truth. (My car has OEM tints on rear glasses but just not that dark. I think that's why they felt they could fool me) read more

I went to Bluemax when I got my first car 10 years ago and it looks as good as the day I got it done. The tint never faded, bubbled, or peeled. I finally retired the car and I bought a new car this month. The first thing I did was take it to Bluemax because I know they will do a perfect job and it will last as long as I have the car. After calling around and doing some price comparisons my husband decided that although their prices were around the same as most places their customer service was above and beyond from the start- making them worth every penny spent. Fernando and his wife were extremely informative. We originally planned on only slightly tinting the front two windows of our 2016 Suburban but with the demonstration they showed us with the ceramic tint we ended up doing the entire car. Being our family vehicle (that we need) my husband was able to drop it off, get a ride back to me from Fernando's wife (talk about amazing customer service) and they completed everything in about two hours. I chatted with Fernando on a Wednesday about my car and he was so accommodating squeezed me in three days later on a busy Saturday. It's a family run business and I couldn't ask for better customer service! There was a problem in picking up my car and Fernando and his family stayed almost a hour after closing to wait for me. They were very flexible with scheduling. The guy up front was easy to work with. When I asked for the differences in the two types of tints he displayed expert knowledge and didn't at all try to upsell . He also gave me a solid advice as to what tint %'s blend well together as it's my first time getting a car tinted. Overall super good vibes and about to pick up the car. I've seen their finished products on their lot and surely ours will look as awesome. Will update review unless otherwise. Definitely worth it! read more

Very satisfied with the work and service. I had a very small project - I wanted to black out part of the hood of my truck to remove glare from the sun's reflection off of the hood scoop and high area of the hood. The installer made a couple of suggestions that made the end product do exactly that and look better than my original request. The price was much less than I expected and they used quality film. They were also able to get me in the next day and was done with the car in 4 hours. The owner and office manager were both friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again. read more

Fernando walked me through the options and helped me make an educated decision. The work is flawless. I was worried that the bubbles I was seeing on the windows would remain, but as their advise and documentation states, they went away after 2-3 days. I would recommend this place to anyone.
