They came for a quote within 2 days, explained the areas that needed to get done and suggested a little bit more to keep more of the heat in. We quoted spray foam for all our attic. The quote took about 5 minute of writing up on their truck on the spot. With an additional 25% more area than the first quote they still came in $$ under the first quote. Knowing that our house is half insulated at the time (old insulation had to be removed for another project) and that it's gonna be cold they scheduled the install for the NEXT DAY. They came as scheduled, executed exactly what they said they would, cleaned up everything, stayed on budget, and even offered to move some old furniture out the the curb. Had them install 2 furnaces and 2 tankless hot water tanks about 5 years ago in our duplex. They…read moredid not clean up after themselves and left pipe cuttings/dust all over the floor. They also did not remove the old hot water tank that they agreed to remove prior to installing the new ones. Fast forward 5 years. We wanted the tankless hot water heaters delimed and flushed as they are expensive to replace. We were hesitant to call Capital Heat again, but figured they could flush the units they installed. The tech arrived and questioned me why there was no ports installed on the units to flush through. After about a 40min phone call with a manager, it was determined that THESE units didnt need to be flushed ( I had done my own research prior to contacting them and found from the manufacturer that they DO need to be flushed) which is not true. They just didnt install flush valves when they put in the water heaters. They charged me 149$ for doing nothing other than confirming what we already knew. After 2 bad experiences with this company, they are just not worth our business. It was poorly run 5 years ago and i see nothing has changed. LOOK ELSEWHERE

Smoke detectors were also replaced and brought up to code, as well as the power line on the outside of my house. Gary and William worked non stop and kept me informed on their progress and answered all my many questions. They we both very polite and easy to talk to.
