So I called Zenner & Ritter In Buffalo to clean my duct work They found out that C&R Housing blew insulation in the cold air return So the furnace was blowing all that dust from the insulation into my house This cost me 789.53. I finally got ahold of C&R they said they would come out and look at it But they would not reimburse me for the money I had to spend for getting the duct work done I want them to pay for it It was there fault it was done wrong I want them to clean the cold air ducts out so dust doesn't get blown through the house And reimburse me for the money I payed Zenner and Ritter Because they wouldn't get back to me .I had an appointment for C&R to come out look at the plugged and the horrible mess they left in my basement But did not show up .Or even call to say they were not coming I would not recommend this company for anything And I can't be the only one
