The woman who answered was so warm and welcoming -- we ended up chatting about local spots to check out, and she even gave me a heads-up about road closures in Big Sur, just to be helpful. It had nothing to do with her business -- she was just genuinely kind. When we arrived for the tour, our driver turned out to be her son, and he was just as friendly and down-to-earth. He customized the ride based on what we were comfortable with -- whether you want something chill or more adventurous, they've got you covered. It honestly felt like a roller coaster in the best way! We had a set schedule and last minute decided to switch out one of the breweries. Our driver took care of it all, call the brewery ahead of time and kept us on schedule. I was really impressed by the bus itself. I have been on other beer bus tour and none were as nice as this one. The hardwood floor, sound system, lights, snacks and little touches were great. Our party wished the drive to the breweries were further so we could sing and dance in the bus longer. The breweries we went to were not crowded which was convenient because we got all beer and food fast. One of the locations even had outdoor games which was great.
