Second time renewing on watershed Car Wash. I pay third higher at plan monthly. I think their car washers can be better or improve on their tire shine sprayers. Not bad for an almost self service car wash. Drive through was great. They have a section for bug scrub before u get in---helpful. $10 to sign on for the first month. Then $22 monthly for unlimited. There was a section where you have to walk to get towels. Try out for the month and let's see :) so far so good! read more

I don't normally use commercial car washes, but this place was awesome! You get a lot for the price. The touchless, ride-through wash tunnel was pleasant and so was the attendant. I didn't know whether tipping was allowed or customary, but I wanted to tip him. ---Can he get a bonus? Anyway, the car was so clean when we came out of the tunnel, and the fact that vacuums and compressed air were provided on both sides of the vehicle exceeded our expectations. Also the provision of microfiber cloths to dry and detail was an unexpected touch. I don't know what is standard, but I know that back home in Maryland, the place where I briefly had a membership had none of the extras and was much more expensive. There were so many other things I loved about this place. It had a very respectful, community atmosphere. The place was popping, with a variety of people, and everyone seemed focused on cleaning their cars and getting out of the way for more people to come through, as opposed to hanging out and wasting space or being public nuisances. Maybe that's just Maryland culture I don't miss (?). Maybe I was the public nuisance... :-/ (see next point ...) The music was so fun and pleasant that I couldn't stop singing along. This certainly made the chore of cleaning as a weekend day-date actually enjoyable and it made me want to stay and do an even better job getting all the little nooks and crannies cleared out. Finally, the vacuums did not grab my long hair, which was a common problem at my last car wash. (Hey! If you know, you know... I hate having to tie my hair back when I'm out and about.) In summation, we loved and would recommend this business to anyone! My husband and I are strongly considering getting a membership here. read more

I have been coming here almost every day for a year now. On my first visit they gave me a month free. I chose the ceramic wash. It does a great job it cleans, waxes, shines the tires and puts a ceramic seal on my truck. I can go through as many times as I want. Then they have vacuums and towels to detail with. All for $35 a month. I have since added my wife's car for $30 a month. The employees are helpful and nice. If someone has an issue they literally run to them. They keep a clean lot, facility and bathroom. Jayce is one of their best employees. He calls me by my name and is always very friendly and polite. I plan to keep going here. read more

I have been a member of this car wash since they opened in UC. As a matter of fact all three of our vehicles have been going there. Not anymore!!! Last week I went there to wash my 4Runner My windshield got cracked. Oh hell no!! I went right inside the office and was helped by Noah. He did all he could do and advised me his manager would call me back in 48 hours or less. It was right at 48 hours when Chris called me back. Of course he was NO HELP- offered me three months free car washes. No, not interested- your car wash cracked my windshield. He tried blowing me off- so I asked to talk to whoever his boss was. Later that day Kyle, claims he is the district manager called me. Again he was no help either. But he did say someone from corporate would be calling me on Tuesday of this week. As of today no one from corporate has called me. So tomorrow I will be calling Kyle to find out what is going on. I know for a fact my windshield was NOT CRACKED WHEN I WENT THROUGH THE CAR WASH. But NOW IT IS. They need to take responsibility for this issue. And NOT offer me three months of free car washes. I immediately cancelled our membership. Hell no, I will not be using this car wash again. SO NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH TO ANYONE. read more

This place is not worth it anymore there vacuums don't work barely have any towels in the bins

This car wash opens at 7:00am and closes at 8:00pm. The service is outstanding and they take care of the customer and vehicle. The value is great. I have a complaint though, my WaterShed Carwash on Nacogdoches Rd. Opens at 8:00am and closes at 6:30pm I go to work at 7:00am and get off after 6:00pm I wish they could get it together. I constantly have to go to Pat Booker, Randolph, or Blanco to get my car washed it ridiculous. Management needs to look into the hours and set the hours for all the washes to be the same. Watershed on Nacogdoches is constantly things are not working. Tire Shine doesn't always work, and then it rinses but doesn't blow the car completely dry leaving soap on the mirrors. I have complained but nothing ever changes. read more
