The attendant was talking to another attendant, and I rolled up to the car wash, selecting machine and was working my way through the automated screen to pick my car wash and he came over and kind of shoved my hand out of the way. I said I think I've got it. He said no you don't. And then proceeded to pick out the car wash for me that I wanted. I guess you could hook this up to good customer service, but it was the approach that he used in the attitude that really threw me off. My response to him was "you know, if you let your customers do this themselves we could probably just figure it out. His response was you were doing it wrong and this is my job. If you have a problem, you can go talk to the management. He sort of escalated the situation belittled me while he was doing it and so my response was I think you're not giving me very good customer service. I don't really wanna talk to you about it anymore. I'll just finish this on my own to what she said it's ready for you to tap your card. Then he started giving me a lecture about how I was being a rude customer. But I snapped back at him and shouldn't have. In all honesty my response to people when they're rude to me is pretty rude back. I don't try to sugarcoat it. There's a very similar car wash on tenant that doesn't have a guy outside arguing with you about pushing the touchscreen button and I think I will be going there from now on. I think maybe the management team should really coach their employees on Customer Service and etiquette.

Within one year the paint started oxidizing despite being parked in a covered garage (pictures below). Tim now pretends that Ive got the wrong phone number when I text him to fix this via the warranty (which I paid extra for). This is the same phone number listed here on yelp as well. I called from a different number and he answered and hung up immediately. I intend to take this matter the legal route to small claims court, to get it resolved. I got scammed, I hope you don't.
