My husband and 2 sons took the one hour ride so that my 14 year old could ride on his own ATV while my husband was in a UTV with our youngest. When they returned they RAVED about their adventure. We had been considering renting a UTV in Gatlinburg for around the same price. My husband was so happy that we opted for this tour instead. He was very impressed with the guide and the experience of driving the UTV. One mistake we did make was showing up without cash. My husband was so sincerely grateful for the experience with his guide, but had nothing to tip him with. He found him knowledgable with both the terrain and machines and very personable. Also, the lady in Pigeon Forge who sold us the tickets was wonderful. Very easy demeanor, and very knowledgeable with the different options.

As a family of four we decided to give ATV's a try this year. It did not disappoint! My mom was very nervous but our tour guide Chris was so friendly and helpful. He kept making sure she was okay and had her in the front right behind him. The trail had a variety of terrain from rocks to mud puddles. The view at the top was breathtaking. We did the 1 hour trail but next time we will definitely do the 1.5 hours now that we have some experience! Thank you Chris for making this experience amazing!

Breath taking views, our guide was kacey he was silly and made the trip better. The terrain was very rocky but my husband and I enjoyed it. You will get dirty so make sure you dress in something you don't mind getting dusty/muddy

This was my 2nd time here and today was even better!!! The tour guide, Jesse, did a fantastic job at giving us our money's worth. And also making some new memories. It was raining today. And I believe that made the tour that much more fun & exciting! You definitely want to make sure that you don't mind getting a little dirty as with the rain, it makes it muddy and wet. I was a bit nervous being out there in the wet element as my first time, the weather was fair. Jesse reassured me that I was doing okay even though I felt like I was driving like Miss Daisy. It was safe to say we arrived to the mountain top as scheduled. I did much better heading back. This is another must while vacationing in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area!!!

First time using them. Bought tickets when we got to town for the following Monday with no issues. Directions given to the location were super clear. I was able to find a helmet with no problem. Safety video was breezy and funny. ATVs were in good condition. I chose the 1.5 hr tour to the peak and it was amazing. Our guide was great and took on a variety of terrain even crossing thru a river. The view at the top was breathtaking. The guide offered to snap a few pics. Price was super reasonable. Ill be going back.

    Fun on the trail!

Loved the ride! Would highly recommend for both the experienced riders and newbies. Chandler was our guide and he was very patient with another rider who was not very confident at first. He made sure everyone was having fun. When you go to the office to make the reservation, make sure everyone in your party is with you. They will not start the process without everyone present to sign the waiver.

This was my families first time riding 4 wheelers so they were a bit nervous. But our tour guide was very attentive and friendly. The kids absolutely loved it so I'm sure we will be booking again whenever we come back. Another this that I liked about them is that they were one of the only places that didn't require a down deposit, that's was a major plus!

    Resting point.

We booked the 1 1/2 hour ATV ride. It was AWESOME! We went though creeks, mud, trails all over the place. Our guide, Dakota, knew what he was doing. It was $108 and if the trail ride ended how of that it was well worth it. I will come back for sure.

I would rate this more stars if I could! Cons: You have to stop into the office in Pigeon Forge to make a reservation, and reservation time will likely be later in the day IF even the same day--so go reserve as soon as you get into town! Pros: Best experience, ever! We did the 1.5 hour experienced trail ride, and it was 1.5 hours of beautiful off-roading...lots of different terrains, and good climbs and declines! Our guide Bryson was so awesome at ensuring everyone had a good time! He even offered to take photos for people at the summit (which was one of the most beautiful views I've ever seen)! Bring your own sunglasses or protective eyewear if you don't want to wear the clear safety glasses they provide! I cannot rave about this experience enough. It's going to be our fondest memory of this entire trip, for sure!

We had so much fun here. Mike was our tour guide, and he was so good with the inexperienced riders as well as still making it enjoyable for the more experienced ones. We paid $136 after tax for 2 people to ride individually on a 450 ATV. There's a mandatory safety brief in the beginning, but it only takes about 10 minutes. If you've ever been on a "risky" tour like zip lining or something similar, then you're probably fully expecting the safety video anyway. You're able to get comfortable with your ATV at a circular practice course, and then up (and down) the mountain you go. Most of the course is wide enough that you can choose to take a less dirty and more conservative route (like I did) or a more muddy and "fun" route (like my adrenaline husband). A little over halfway through, you stop at a nice scenic lookout where you can take photos and just take in the beautiful Mountain View. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Tips: 1. We did the family 1 hour tour. The 1.5 hour tour is supposedly more rugged. If you're an adrenaline junky, that might be a better option for you. 2. Don't be like us and forget cash. Bring cash to tip your tour guides because they really are fantastic. 3. If you'd rather wear your own sunglasses vs. their eye protection goggles, then make sure you bring your sunglasses with you.

Before riding, I completed all required waivers and disclosures. I encourage anyone considering this activity to read every line carefully. What stood out to me afterward is that nowhere in the reservation process or waiver did it state that simply tipping an ATV results in an automatic $150 fee. The only notice we saw was a sign near the vehicle staging area--after we had already paid. I was initially hesitant about allowing my 13-year-old to ride independently because he has limited ATV experience. The trails aren't extreme, but they are technical enough that prior riding experience would be very beneficial. The only instruction we received before heading out covered the farm rules--ride sober, maintain distance between vehicles, and other basic operational rules. There was no instruction or guidance on how to actually operate or navigate the ATV, how to handle uneven terrain, or how to avoid situations that could cause it to tip. Interestingly, I was specifically warned by the manager to keep my UTV centered on the trail or it could tip. That same warning was not given to my son riding the ATV. Unfortunately, he drifted slightly onto the embankment, and the ATV slowly tipped onto its side. Thankfully, he wasn't injured at all--just embarrassed. It was a relatively minor incident, and had he known to lean his body weight into the embankment, it likely could have been avoided. My son was extremely upset because he immediately realized we had likely incurred the $150 flip fee. The tour guide reassured him by patting him on the back and saying, "Don't worry, this thing is fine." He explained to me that the mandatory $150 fee covered the oil change and filter replacement after an ATV tips onto its side and that the fee was not flexible, but thankfully the ATV itself appeared to be fine. Imagine my surprise when I later received not only the $150 flip fee but an additional $108.25 charge for handlebar replacement. The following day, I returned respectfully and simply asked to see a photo of the damage or the damaged handlebars themselves. I wasn't asking for an argument--I just wanted documentation supporting the additional charge. I was initially told I might be able to see the ATV. After the front manager stepped away to speak with the manager in the back, she returned and informed me that they could no longer show me photos or the damage because the ATV had already been sent to the mechanic. The timing of that response was difficult to ignore. My disappointment isn't that accidents happen or that businesses need to recover repair costs. I fully understand that equipment can be damaged and customers should be responsible when appropriate. My disappointment is with the lack of transparency. If an automatic flip fee exists, it should be clearly disclosed before payment. If additional damage charges are assessed, customers should be provided evidence of that damage when requested. The entire experience left me feeling that the process lacked transparency, and undermined my confidence in the fairness of the charges. I hope the business will consider making its policies more visible upfront and documenting any additional damage charges so future customers don't leave feeling the same way I did.

Based on their advertising, website, and what we were told when booking, we believed we'd be taking the vehicle onto mountain trails and participating in genuine off-roading. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When we arrived, the employee at the front desk immediately informed us that we needed proof of auto insurance and a credit card. While that's completely understandable, none of this was communicated to us beforehand, so we had to spend time digging through our phones and paperwork to find the information. When I explained that this requirement was not included in the information we received, he argued with me rather than simply acknowledging the oversight. Throughout the entire interaction, he acted as though we were inconveniencing him. The biggest disappointment came when we asked about the trails. We were told that we could not actually take the vehicle off-road and had to remain on public roads unless we paid extra for a guided tour. This was completely different from what we understood when booking. As locals, we drive these mountain roads regularly and can enjoy those views anytime in our own vehicle. The whole reason we rented an "off-road" vehicle was to experience off-roading. Once the employee learned that we weren't tourists, his attitude became even worse. He seemed annoyed that we were asking questions. The drive itself was beautiful because the Smoky Mountains are beautiful, but there was nothing about the experience that justified renting a specialty off-road vehicle. We could have seen the exact same sights from our personal car. To make matters worse, when we returned the vehicle and asked if there was anything else we needed to do before leaving, we were then told that we were responsible for refilling the gas tank. Again, this had never been mentioned beforehand. In fact, we were told when booking that gas was included in the rental cost. Overall, the vehicle was fine and the scenery was great, but the communication, professionalism, and customer service were extremely disappointing. If you're looking for a true off-road experience, make sure you fully understand what is and isn't included before booking. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking into other companies first.
