What I'm used to getting from a smoke shop: disorganized, will say anything for a sale, dirty in the back, overwhelmingly stuffed with products, unfriendly desk service MOST of the time. What you can expect here: EXTREMELY well organized, immaculately clean and easy on the eyes, outgoing, friendly and very knowledgeable staff that gave honest opinions and feedback on the hookah I selected at the lounge in the back. Which brings me to the lounge in the back- GORGEOUS decor. Extremely cozy, chill vibes, will take song requests but the music was great, intimate enough for a date but also lively enough to make friends and have a good time. Such a cute spot. And the hookah lasted a relatively long time, was extremely well made, didn't make me nauseous and was really smooth I say this as an avid hookah smoker. They also offered wine, beer, and non alcoholic beverages as well as sold a selection of Asian snacks I've seen at other shops as well. My only feedback would be to offer more flavors (though the two mixes I tried were great and customizable). Disappointed with this location. My husband came in to purchase a 0% nicotine!! Vape, as he recently quit a few months back. When he arrived during the evening, he specifically asked to see what options they had available FOR 0% Nic. Quickly one the staff members showed my husband the options they had available, and without even verifying, the staff member quickly suggested a certain brand (which still contained 2% nicotine and wasn't stated at the time). After opening the packet and trying it- to verify that it in fact works, he stated that vape still does contain nicotine.... And Instead of The staff member changing it out for a different option, her response was and I quote- "oh that sucks man, do you want 15% off to purchase another vape?" - as that was all she was able to do at the time being. Not even a refund. He decided to leave, but we went ahead and left a voicemail to the shop- explaining the issue at hand and we quickly received a text back From Mark, who apologized for the inconvenience and claimed he would call us the following day for a resolution. It's been 2 weeks now ... I'm sorry but this is super upsetting, especially if anyone knows how hard it is for someone to quick smoking/ vaping. At least educate your staff members and have more consideration. And I get that it's a smoke shop, but the girl who clearly helped my husband was super high and unprofessional. read more

Wow what an impressive shop! Just recently opened in West Miramar, Fl, this shop has it all! I was driving to Winn-Dixie to get a few things and noticed this store in the same plaza which I've never noticed before. So, I had to stop in to check them up. The store is big, spacious, organized very nicely and everything is eye-catching. They combine the world of smoking and wellness. There are so many items here, everything from premium cigars, vapes, CBD products including CBD-infused coffee and beverages, an entire wellness collection, hemp accessories and much more. They have a very knowledgeable staff along with great service. Bonus: I almost didn't want to mention it because I want it to be a secret, but they have a café in the back of the store that will be opening soon. After going here for a little I think I'm done. Prices are insane, the point system is so stupid. The amount of money I've spent and when I do finally get the points up all they give you is a gummy or a pre roll which IVE NEVER HAD THE 4 YEARS THEY BEEN OPEN BECAUSE THEY NEVER EVER HAVE IT! I stopped coming here for a little because of this and I think I'll stop again, holy smokes how ever is AMAZING! Same stuff way cheaper prices AND THEIR POINT SYSTEM IS AMAZING!!!! I didn't buy anything at the front of the store but it did looked really neat and organized. I head over to the lounge in the back for the hookah. Nice relaxing atmosphere in the lounge and the hookah was perfect. Service by staff is great too, always around if you needed something like a drink, fresh coals, etc. read more
