Sarah (the owner & waxer) made it to our appointment right on time & took into consideration that I haven't done waxing in a LONG while... so she went slow & w ease. After the waxing (which doesn't hurt AT ALL), she plucked any remanding ones that weren't waxed & even waxed off my little fuzzies on my cheek lol it's a cute little studio located in a strip mall of Salons right next to Navy Fed. Sarah is amazing! She's an amazing person and she does amazing work! I hate my eyebrows! They were pretty much non-existent and I had to fill them in everyday. I did have to have them waxed every once in a while because if I tried to tweeze them myself, one little mistake and I'd end up looking like The Rock! She told me that I'd be an ideal candidate for microblading. She told me about the process and showed me pictures. Since she was new to this, she recommended another person who was more experienced but I felt comfortable with Sarah. On the day of my appointment, we spent a lot of time determining color and shape. Throughout the process, she would ask me how I was feeling and if I needed more numbing cream. She reserves 3 hours for microblading but it usually doesn't take that long but she doesn't want either you or herself to feel rushed. She's a great conversationalist and you leave feeling like great friends. I'm going to start needing other areas waxed so I can "check-in" with her from time to time! read more

She's been working with me since day 1, I'm currently pregnant and she's accommodated me to where I'm always comfortable when I go in for my facials and to where the products I use at home are safe for me and my baby. My old skin care gal couldn't come back due to childcare issues and I found Crystal Dawn! I have had 2 treatments with her and my skin has calmed down tremendously. Not perfect but improved.
