The reviews are accurate, and I am beyond elated with the most gorgeous, most natural looking real hair wig that could easily be my own hair. The color is absolutely a perfect match and Tammy styled it so perfectly, adding more hair to the twin peak line. As long as you are aware that the straightener is activated by heat so if water touches your hair it goes back being a bit wavy. Reason why I deducted a star: I went here using a Groupon. I paid $99 (before tax) for the Groupon. Per the Groupon the cost is $99 for $200 worth of treatment. But there's no such thing as a sale ... you're paying somehow. When I arrived I was told due to my hair length and thickness I had to pay an extra $60. Per the Groupon I should have gotten $200 worth of services. Per the price list I only needed $139 or $189 worth of services (depending on which price list you look at). I'm a numbers person and I hate when it doesn't make sense. But Daniela did a great job and my hair looks great and I perhaps might go back ‍
