This used to be my go to nail shop! I am beyond disappointed with this last visit. My nails look outgrown and I haven't even left yet! I talked to the tech and told him I would like the polish to go up farther he was very nice and tried but by that time there was already a coat of polish on. There was polish left on my finger tips! It's time to finally stop gate keeping Diamond as he is hands down the best nail tech I've found in the last decade. I have been driving an HOUR for the last 4 years every 2/3 weeks for a fill and every couple of months for a pedicure from his wife Kimmy. Due to my job, I tend to keep shorter professional nails but Diamond still makes sure I always have some fun! His technique and execution is unmatched and when he does a design it's always beautiful! After going to Diamond for over 2 yrs.... 1st he tells me I'm a bad mother because my daughter passed away from a drug overdose, then he starts a confrontation with me over politics because we have different views. I walked in to the nail salon and greeted the guy and he was rude and scoffed at me and when he was doing my nails he hurt me and then proceeded to dump acetone all over my hands. They ended up switching people and the girl who was now doing my nails kept cutting me because of how fast she was going. I could understand if they were busy, I would have went elsewhere but there were only 3 other clients in the entire salon. read more

I've waited a long time to review this nail salon, only because I was debating whether to do it or not. I've never rated anything before but I felt I just had too. I will say when I went in everything looked very clean no problems I had a pedicure I did a gel pedicure which I've never done in my life the she did a wonderful job as far as the painting of the toenails. I then went and had acrylic nail enhancements the guy did a beautiful job no problem with the gentleman that did my nails. However, when I went to take the gel polish off my toenails, my left big toenail practically fell off! I left the gel toenails on for two weeks because I usually go every two weeks to the salon and in those two weeks I had caught a nail fungus! There was nothing wrong with my toenails before I went I've never had any problem with anything else, so far until now! It's been nine months I still am having a horrible time curing this nail fungus on my left big toe I have practically no nail at all I also came down with warts on my the top part of my foot which I've never had, so when she scrubbed the top of my foot with the " scrubber" there was evidently a fungus on there from the person before!! I have never had that before either, I'm So in barest now about my feet! So just be aware is the only thing I can say just because the place looks like you think it's clean doesn't mean the implements that they're working with are clean. If I could rate this zero stars I would!!! Absolutely awful service. Very rude. I went in to just get my nails painted and they charged me 32$ on it and they did the worst job ever on my nails. They over charge and don't even do a good job. I have been there three times and each time they get worse and worse. I am never going back there. read more

If you want to have an experience of being treated with disrespect and get yelled at this is the place to go! At first things were good and I was invited to the table 4 with the technician Dimon. He appeared to be the manager and the owner of the place. He was not in a good mood right away and I was understanding since they work long hours and have to deal with many different clients. It happens. As my manicure was in the process I noticed that one of the nails had polish on the skin and asked if he can fix it since it's my wedding manicure. He looked at it and said:"I won't fix it because it's already dry.". He continued doing the manicure. After he was done I put my two thumbs together to compare he angrily yelled at me:"WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT?" I said that mentioned that the polish on one of the nails was smashed to the skin and looked not as neat as on my other thumb and if he could compare the two of them and say his "professional" opinion. He tossed the tool in his hand on the table and said something angrily to me in his language looking at me. I asked what did he say and he said: never come back here, you crazy ...! I was shocked and told him that he was very disrespectful and should be mindful about the reviews he's getting because we all look at those before choosing a place to go to. On which his response was: " I'm the owner here and I don't care about the reviews or what you or anybody else has to say!" Okay. I guess here we go - my review is something that he doesn't care about but unfortunately it influences other people that work for him. This is how one emotionally unstable person can affect someone's day (mine in this review) and others ' job. Can't tell you not to go there because I had the experience only with him and will never be coming back there. Other workers, I' m positive are going to do a better job. But if the owner doesn't care about how to treat people with respect for the sake of the business at least or in general, I wouldn't want to attend or work in such place. As for me, I'm going to change my manicure for my wedding- don't want anything, even such memories to affect my beautiful day with my groom! Peace out, Dimon. read more

This review is for Van. I walked in for a classic mani and was seated promptly by a young man. The lady asked me so many questions about what I did n how I paid for my education, I felt like I was being questioned for my life choices. She was less interested in her job n more interested in mine. Finally I had to cut the questioning by just getting busy on my phone with a call. My nails were cut crooked and polish was all goopy. Should've seen it coming when I saw her spray the tools with alcohol instead of opening a sterilized packet ! Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. read more

I went back for a pedicure, and had a young man do it. He did an excellent, thorough job, and I felt there were few extra perks too, like a free scrub applied to my legs, and a much better massage and a hot, moist towel laid on my legs and feet to clean them off afterwards. It still only costs $25, which I feel is a bargain. My feet were extremely smooth and the nail polish application was precise and smooth as glass. It lasted over two weeks before it even got dull. He took extreme care not to mess up my polish when putting my sandals on. He was friendly but didn't talk much, which I like because I go there to relax. read more

I am so absolutely disappointed. I brought my daughter in to get her first set of acrylic nails as a birthday present to her on Thursday and by Friday they started falling off. we went to have them re-do them as they have a two week guarantee. Would you believe eight days later every single one of those nails fell off and they are laughing in my daughters face she is 12 years old this place is disgusting. $50.00 gone. read more

I used to come here two years ago and I got acrylics a couple times from them. The people were very nice, and they did a great job on my nails. Very clean, very organized process. It would always take at least two weeks for one nail to come off. I hadn't gone back in quite some time, not because of bad customer service, but I decided I just didn't want acrylic nails anymore. I decided to go back to get acrylics for the holidays and I decided to go back to this place because I had very good experiences with them. I went in and it wasn't very busy, I got seated right away. The guy was super nice, he began to do my nails, and I told him I wanted a squoval shape and they were all off but I decided not to be picky because I'm normally not like that. The painting was terrible, he didn't make much conversation with me so I sat there in 30 minutes of silence. Not very pleasant. They seemed a bit disorganized and the process was a bit different then last time. The total was like $30 something which i thought was reasonable but I was a little upset when they charged me $3 to pay for the nails with my debit card. I thought that was outrageous. I also decided to give the guy a $9 tip which I thought was very generous and he didn't even seem satisfied. Nails were cut too short, and I already had nails falling off NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER. terrible, terrible. There are plenty of other places to go too that are way better than this place. read more
