We didn't have an appointment and were super grateful to get in right away. The employees were nice and our nails look decent. The vibe was what you might expect for a strip mall nail salon. It was comfortable and they had interesting things on the tvs. I was cut multiple times when getting mine done and didn't even receive an apology, even though I was bleeding. This was pretty unexpected and six hours later one cuticle is still sore. It seems reasonable if you are going to have a 2.5% charge for using a credit card that you would have an ATM available but they did not. I made an appointment, showed up on time and still sat for 30 minutes before anyone started my nails. I love my nails, but was way overcharged and tried Gel-X for the first time. So I'm not sure if this is just how Gel-X is or if it's the way the nails were done on me, but they kind of look like press ons, and you can see them partially falling off by the cuticles. On March 15, 2025 I had a 5:15PM appointment for two gel manicures at this blush location. My sister and I got our gel manicures completed by two different technicians. It was $42 per gel manicure and my sister also needed a removal so I paid around $101 for our services. I felt as though my technician could have done a better job prepping my nails as well as cleaning them after he placed lotion on my hands. I have posted update photos of both of our nails after 10 days and mines were completely destroyed (my sister has a higher manual labor job than I do). I was very upset that my nails started to look this way around day 5 so I called Blush on day 10 and they told me that they would fix them for me at no additional charge. I was not able to make it that day due to work and they told me that was fine and to call them and let them know when works for me. I called them 2 days later on March 17, 2025 and they told me even though they offered for me to call back and even though I have pictures they would not be able to offer that anymore and I would have to pay full price. After going back and forth for a little while they agreed to honor what they stated two days prior. When I arrived March 17, 2025 at 6pm the manager had an attitude with me and told me I would not be getting my nails done for free, that I would have to pay 50%. I was irritated by this but I agreed to go forward with the service knowing that. She told me that my gel manicure would be 50% off but proceeded to start a polish change and not give me the manicure experience. I asked her if she is just doing a polish change and she said yes. She also stated that my nails are "too thin" and "too shiny" & that's why they did not last. I informed her I've been receiving gel manicures for a long time and this has never happened. She stated she recommends I do dip powder going forward and I asked her how much that would be. She stated it would be $42 and that I could do the service next time when I have money??? Insinuating I'm too broke to pay for the service?? Which I thought was very condescending. I told her that the money is not an issue, that the customer service is and the quality of the work. After she was done she charged me $20 for a polish change. She told me she was giving me 50% off and that I would receive a manicure. Polish changes are $30 so I did not even receive 50% off of that service. My last picture is my nails from today showing that they did hold up the second time even though my experience was not good with them. I will definitely not be back. read more

I have been going to Blush since I was a little girl and they have never disappointed me. Even when I do have a nail break, they always fix it which I love. My daughters and I went in for basic manicures today. Each one of us received varied services from 3 different people. Daughter 1) soaked hands, cleaned nails , washed hands then painted. Daughter 2) soaked hands, cleaned nails, painted, dried under the fan. Me) no soak, nails Not cleaned-technician literally left dirt under my nails. I had my nails trimmed slightly, a very odd hand massage that consisted of pulling each one of my fingers and then painted. The trimmers used for my nails came out of a sterilized pouch that had already been opened and obviously used. Gross! Everything was super rushed , they were taking amongst themselves (not in English ) and laughing the entire time. My polish is already coming off in chunks, 6 hours after getting them done . $72 for 3 manicures that weren't even executed half correctly. Believe the 1.9 stars for this place. Yikes. read more

They were very rushed and didn't really say anything. I got a basic pedicure (the $35 one) with a friend and they barely spoke to either of us. They also tried to change the time a few hours before hand. They didn't seem to care that my foot was attached to my body and the wax they put on was uncomfortably hot. They got nail polish on my skin and didn't bother to clean it. You feel sort of forced to tip well. When my friend tipped 15% they seemed irritated. See photos of the messy paint job. read more

Great experience! The salon is extraordinary, clean, well laid out. The 2 gentlemen were fantastic, friendly, and talented. The first time, Jesse dipped my nails perfectly in a solid sparkly color. He took such care. You can tell he is passionate about his work and attentive to the customers needs. The last 2 times, the other guy even painted pretty designs at my request. I gave them a 4 star because of the methods. There was a lot of grinding to remove the previous dip. He peeled up the old dip and ripped my natural nail. And the edges of my new dip are not smooth so I'm constantly playing with them. read more

I'm conflicted. I've been here twice. There first time a gentleman did my pedicure and did a fabulous job! I left1 very, very happy and satisfied. I would rate my expereince with him 4.5-5 Stars This time, I wasn't asked which pedicure I wanted (they offer several). It was rushed. No stones (which were advertised), no lotion, etc. The water kept draining out of the baggie they put in the basin and it seemed to irritate her immensely. She put my flip flops on for the pedicure but then grabbed the chair remove and quickly moved the chair as far forward as it would go. I'm 5'6" and have been having back pain. I actually cried out in pain. Maybe you could comfortably sit that close if you were under petite and under 5', but I was miserable. She then reached for the remote AGAIN and was going to tilt me back (which kills my back) and I had to pretty much beg her not to do that as it's very uncomfortable to me. I didn't get the color I ordered but didn't see it until after it was done as my knees were up so high, scrunched up in the seat. I couldn't see my feet. She was irritated at how I was trying to get out of the chair (my back was locked at that point) and was reaching to quickly push the arm with shelf attached up despite my phone and soda being on the table. I let her know I was just trying to get my stuff off the table so she didn't have soda all over and I didn't have a smashed telephone. I then sat down at a light dryer per her instruction but chose the wrong one... despite not being told where to sit and she was irritated by having to turn a different location on. Honestly, I felt like I couldn't do anything right and while I had hoped for an afternoon of pampering after a couple of rough weeks, I was left me feeling like crap with toes that are orange instead of the red I picked out and my back in even more pain than when I went in there. With service like today, I would not recommend going here. I still tipped 20% but according to their tipping tablet that's only for "okay service". I usually tip higher but I left with a color other than requested and in more pain than I arrived despite their "massage chairs". read more

We come to this nail salon often enough so we had expected a good result the first time we went for a full set. I sent my daughter in unaccompanied, assuming we would get the same level of service that we have always gotten. I do not recommend sending your daughter in unaccompanied! Her finger was cut, and she was treated abruptly. He seem to be under a major time crunch since he did an entire full set of acrylic nails start to finish in under 30 minutes. When I discussed my concerns about the bulk of the nails not fitting the size of her finger, he was very defensive and abruptly did a small amount of filing. Needless to say, we are going to have to do a lot of doctoring up of these expensive nails to get them to work for us. This was supposed to be a special treat for my 12-year-old daughter going back to school. Best advice is to go in knowing what you want, and be very clear throughout the entire process if there is something that you do not like, and if you have a bad result, maybe not go back. My normal shop is closed on Sundays so I chose to go here. I called ahead and was able to get in within a couple of hours. Once I arrived they told me to wash my nails. I didn't know where the sink was and I had to ask a couple of times. I asked them if I should pick out my nail polish-no one responded. They continued to treat me as if I was a regular customer rather than a new one. I asked my boyfriend to get my sandals out of the car and the lady said that they had some-I told her that I preferred my own-she then went on to tell me that I couldn't use my sandals and get a regular pedicure I had to get shellac-as if I've never had a pedicure or worn these sandals before receiving service. So I upgraded to shellac. They didn't inform us on how to use the massage chairs. They rushed through our services and didn't rub any lotion or oil on our hands or legs. We were able to get two pedicures and a manicure in 28 minutes. We had to wait an extra 5 minutes to get checked out. Terrible customer service. I'll never be back. read more

I've been a client for several years to 1 or 2 nail technicians. The others do a suboptimal job. One technician (not my usual one) caused my nails to develop a fungal infection because she didn't apply the base layer correctly and water got between my nail and the paint. I got a manicure, and it is honestly the worst manicure I've ever received. They didn't file my nails at all, left flecks of skin around my nails, one of my nails isn't painted on one side and another isn't painted to the top. Additionally, they got polish all over my fingers and didn't wipe it off. From start to finish, my manicure was 11 minutes, and she literally painted the top coat while I was standing. This is my second time here. First time was great. I got a pedicure the man took his time, did alllllll the things that should be included in a pedicure. Came today-had an appointment. From the start of my appointment to the end NOT EVEN 30 min for a pedicure, no cuticle cut down, person seemed like she was annoyed and rushed from the start of the appointment. They were not busy so I don't know what the problem was. I had been going to Blush on a fairly regular basis for the past couple of months. The customer service has never been great (most of the techs are rude and act annoyed when you come in and tell them what you need done), but the price was right, so I always sucked it up. After all, most of the techs do a decent job (although one woman who did my dip manicure acted so annoyed and rushed with me, that it was no surprise I had 3-4 nails pop off within days, despite my other dip manicures lasting for 3-4 WEEKS). But after today, I will not be back. I had emailed 48 hours ahead of time for an appt, as their website requests. I was hoping to get a pedicure with my daughter so I wanted to be sure we had an appt. However, after receiving a response asking which location I wanted, despite that info being in the subject line of my message (which I then gave that info again), I had never heard back so I wasn't even sure we had an appt scheduled. I figured we'd take our chances and go in. The guy rudely informed me they were booked until noon. I nicely asked him if he could check and see if we had an appt booked, since I had emailed about it but never heard back. He snidely asked, "how long ago did you email??" I replied Thursday morning. As he's looking through the emails, he rudely says, "you probably scheduled the wrong location." Again, no, I clearly specified Sun Prairie. He finally finds my email and says "you didn't give a date, so no appt." My email from two days ago clearly said "I was hoping to make an appt for *this Saturday*....". Never before have I had any establishment be confused about the words "this Saturday" and need an actual date. I pointed this out to him and he just shrugged. I understand mistakes/misunderstandings occur, but there is never a reason to be so rude to your customers (especially when the misunderstanding was on them, not me.) So my daughter and I headed to Kelly Nails instead. I refuse to patronize establishments, like Blush, that are so poorly lacking in customer service. read more

Believe the crappy reviews. Unless you want to throw away money, don't go here! Pricey for crap work. First of all, I paid upwards of $100 for a gel/shellac mani and pedi. My heels are still horrible and rough, she literally did not even scrub my heels at all. Once I left I realized that the top coat hadn't dried on one of my thumbs so despite my anxiety I went back and asked them to fix it. One of the male techs there filed it and put on a new coat of topcoat, I thanked him and left and as soon as I got in the car I realized it STILL wasn't dried properly. Oh well, I won't be coming back here so I'll get it fixed somewhere else. Fast forward to this morning... I wake up and 2 of my other nails have peeled off and are wet underneath. This isn't my first rodeo-I know that gel doesn't air dry-so the layers under the topcoat weren't dried/cured properly yesterday. I don't even want to go back because I don't trust them not to destroy my nails in the removal process! I'll take them off myself. I wish I had never wasted my money or time here. read more

I used to go here frequently before COVID. They did an awesome mani/pedi with massage, paraffin on the feet, hot stones massage, etc. after COVID, the personnel had changed and my two favorite nail techs were gone. I have had two mani/pedi and they were bad and worse, if that is possible. They raised their prices and now do less... minimal massage of the feet and legs and nothing with the hands. She put something on my nails that smelled like cow manure and ever since I've been there, my nails have been breaking down to before the skin. It's insane. I said right away I could come back tomorrow, but they said no, no, it was fine they could take me right now.
