She is super personable to talk to - that my session went by pretty quickly - and so skilled at what she does. I sent over two inspo pictures and she got the design just right with the font, spacing and even delicateness of the letters! I absolutely love it. I normally get skin hives from environmental stressors but my tattoo was only slightly red immediately after and not hiving at all in the recovery. It is healing really well, too. I'm not very experienced with tattoos and tend to be a baby with pain and can't even look at needles but Jacqi is very experienced and made the whole process smooth and easy. I went in for a consult with Gray, AMAZING artist, discussed my want and he quoted me a price, to which I agreed and put down a deposit. No issues. The day of the tattoo work, he completes the design and stencil, and before he begins, asks if it's OK to charge an extra $100 as it's a bigger design than originally thought. I agree. Gray completes the work and tells me to checkout at the front, as he had a consult waiting for him. I receive the final amount from the person running the desk, and was charged an additional $300, that's now $400 over original quote. Granted $100 I agreed to, so no complaints there. When I asked about the increase, I was told it was for the additional time it took to complete the work. Buyer beware going to this parlor. Get your quote in writing!!
