I VISITED THIS LOCATION ON FRIDAY, JULY 3RD
This place is absolutely the WORST dispensary I have ever been to in California. Whoever the lady with pink hair is at the front should find another role that suits her disposition, customer service is not for her. She was rude, condescending and not helpful at all.
I hope this was an off day for this location because there were so many issues inside and outside of the dispensary, it was unreal.
1. Security guard was on his phone until we walked up. Security looks at our identification and directs us to the lady with the pink hair.
2. There is cleaning equipment (shopvacs or cleaning machines?) in front of the concentrates case which made it difficult to look at the items. There were 2 cleaning people cleaning around the shelves and windows etc, we couldn't tell if they worked there or were a cleaning service until we asked if they could help us and was told they were not employees.
3. Pink hair, said she needed to make us profiles. She had my passport for quite sometime and DID NOT ENTER A PROFILE!
4. There were 3 budtenders behind the counter and one of them was on his phone. One of them was helping a customer, the other was standing there. No one approached us to see if we had questions or needed help.
4. The signage in the case was unclear and prompted questions. I stood in line, and the budtender was very nice. I asked my question then told him I was going back to the case to take a look at something else. I had another question, by now there were a few customers but the one bud tender was standing around on his phone. Pink hair had no customers. I approached her and asked if she could see if someone was available to help because I had a couple questions about items in the case. She told me I could "pop back in line" and someone would help me. The look on my face must have showed how I felt because I just stood in line and there was a budtender not helping anyone. I have never had this experience at any of the MANY dispensaries I have visited in this and other states. I asked if she could answer a question. She reluctantly came over. I asked about the signage, saying "last chance" I asked if these were expired or discounted items. She proceeded to tell me it was the last of the batches (which I understood) and some may be discounted but not like they used to be because "corporate says no" Very disrespectful of the company you work for to speak this way. At this point, I was still going to spend money here and went back to the line. I didn't get his name but he was tall with glasses and very pleasant.
5. There is a HUGE banner outside that says 30% off for first timers. I was a first timer. The bud tender asked if I had been to Nug before I said I THINK I may have gone to San Leandro years ago. He asked me to hold on and he checked something in the computer, he said I had no profile, I could go over to Pink hair and she could enter it.
6. I then went over to Pink hair who said I was not able to use the first time discount, I said I think I may have visited a location years ago but wasn't sure, (I have been to alot of storefronts. She said sorry, corporate wouldn't allow it. I then went back over to the budtender and told him she said no. His response was what, why? Pink hair begins yelling across the store (which has a handful of customers now that Corporate wasn't going to allow it) The budtender was very apologetic and appeared to confused by her behavior as well.
7. Let me stress the fact that I HAVE NO PROFILE ON FILE!
At this point I decided to leave without purchasing, I was disrespected and belittled and would not be paying anyone to treat me this way. On the way out, Pink hair yells across the store "sorry, corporate won't allow it"

To NUG management, please be aware of the way your staff treats customers. I just happened to stop in and check out the inventory at a new place on my drive home. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY rodeo in town. With all the dispensaries in they Bay Area, you might want to tighten up!
