A simple eyebrow clean up that I've had plenty of in the past was completely botched. I can accept mistakes, but the fact that she mumbled something in Chinese knowing she messed up, but didn't admit to anything and proceeded to try to "cover it up" with makeup hoping I wouldn't notice until I looked in a mirror after washing my face at home later - that was the last straw. It showed a complete clear lack of respect and accountability and was ultimately just a sneaky and dirty service. After coming here 5 years, never again will I come back. Shame on you! read more

This barley earned a one star. Me and my two other friends went to get our nails dons, we had worked for cash and were so excited. One friend had amazing nails thanks to this one guy, i didnt quite catch his name but he did amazing on her nails. Me and my other friend had been so disappointed we both struggle with social anxiety so we did not say anything, we walked out disappointed. We had gotten our nails done on saturday, two of mine had fallen off when i was cooking mac and cheese and my friends had chipped and gotten the color she didnt not want. Mine and hers had smudges of polish everywhere and my lady forgot to put the nude base for the french tips you could see anything that got under the nail. STAY AWAY from this place! I have visited quite a few different nail salons over the 44 years I've lived here in town. Never have I ever experienced anything like this. My toe looked perfect when I went there and now I have a totally decimated big toe nail. During the pedicure, my friend that I was with actually got up and left halfway through due to being stabbed and then burned by a heal treatment she was receiving. I sure wish I would have joined her. As a bonus they were 25 minutes late - we had an appointment. I am very nervous about what I might hear is wrong when I visit a doctor tomorrow about this toe. read more

I asked for dip nail manicure. The technician did a fast file and then dip the dip nail polish, and followed by gel nail. Then was told to get up and wash my hands, he was done. It was he fastest treatment I have ever had. There was no soaking, no removal of cuticles, no cuticle oil, or any lotion. The website states these are all included in a manicure. What a rip off!!! Well I really wanted to like this place due to its convenience of being close to home but NO. I made an appointment for a manicure / pedicure. My pedicure was so rushed, fastest pedicure I've ever received! Not even 20 mins. The guy was rough with my feet, talking to the workers & not paying attention to my appointment. This place is fairly new, has been open for 6 weeks, and they did not disappoint!!! I got a full set done and they have never looked better. They are super glossy and have held up very well so far. My technician was very kind and funny and made great conversation. I will be back in 2 to 3 weeks for my next fill!! I'd recommend making an appointment so you get helped right away. They had the most impressive color selection I've ever seen for dip powders. They have over 600 colors to choose from. They also had a sample of ombres they do and they're impressive. If I could give it a zero I would. This place did a horrible job on my granddaughters nails. They were thick on some and thin on others. Poorly shaped and not what she asked for. She requested "coffin top" with a french tip. That is not at all what she got. On 2 fingers where they filed her nail they cut her skin. The french tip she requested didnt happen, she even showed the person a picture, instead, the paint was a thick line that looked horrible, When I asked to speak to the manager a male came to me. I explained that I will not pay full price, he told her to go to a table and he will cut them off. Then when I told him he will not touch her, I was accused of trying to get free nails. I had to pay for my pedicure, I gave him my card and he charged me full price for the nails. I refused to sign and walked out. He ran it anyway. I have talked to a number of people who have had similar experiences with this place. Along with very poor quality. They serve alcohol also, and I never saw them request an ID. This place was horrible. Went with my teenage niece we had appointments for nails and pedicures. He kept leaving during my pedicure. Didn't do massage for the amount of time listed. Didn't do cuticles until requested. Paint job is mediocre at best. Went to get full set of nails asked for dip I was told no it couldn't be done. Then they did my nails in acrylic didn't give me an option for polish just showed me a color wheel. As I'm trying to match to my toes they offered no assistance. Then they did in gel without telling me this is additional pricing (I assumed it was standard with the full set) we go to pay and they charged double what the price sheet said because of the polish they used. Without telling us any of this prior. Charged extra for nail shaping. Kept forgetting what they were doing on our nails. When finished with nails they just got up and walked away without saying a word to us. Worst mail experience I've ever had. I now have very thick nails which is exactly what I said I didn't want. i don't even recommend one star. this place fkn sucks. i gave them a chance and they severely disappointed. i went in and got a full set, square, short af, acrylic french tip. none of my nails are even, the tip that they put on isn't even on my nail correctly and the shape is just awful. there is acrylic under my nail still, they didn't even try. the acrylic is all bumpy and the paint is super sloppy. they charged me $70 for this. i go anywhere else and pay $45. the inside of the building is cute but not very clean. they have nothing prepared for customers and they most definitely don't sanitize. your nail lady doesn't even ask you if what she just did was okay or looks good and will ignore you if you point something out. i definitely recommend letting this place get shut down. it is fucking horrible. do not recommend unless you want to overpay for the worst nails you'll ever get. also ignore the bar part completely they don't even offer you water. read more
