Our recent visit was great! my daughter had a dipped manicure and gel pedicure, I had a deluxe pedicure. Their service was attentive, and everyone was nice. The salon was clean. When we arrived, a rude customer was making a scene and the employees handled it with professionalism. Once the rude customer left the employees continued to do their job, professionally and everything was amazing. Thank you Marcel for the great conversation and fantastic massage. I've been going here for a few years now just because it's so close to my house and I seem to get the same guy every time, and unfortunately the service has been slowly getting worse, I usually have to beg him to make my nails short and every time he says he cannot do them shorter and I end up going home to file them shorter, this last time I asked to get my acrylics removed and a new set on and instead of soaking them off he ripped them off taking half of my nail with it. It was extremely painful and bleeding and I told him he ripped 1/2 my nail off and he asked if I wanted to come back another time. I said no I would like to get the set on to protect them because of how much was ripped off, and I guess I didn't expect a discount but I was still charged full price but they should focus more on quality not rushing and hurting thier customers read more

Strong attention to detail and do not make you feel like they are trying rush you through the services. It is a family ran business and you can feel that when you are there. I have had a few pedicures done at this salon. Each time it's a different person. The last time I went, the male staff member cut the skin next to my toenail and it bled! my sister in law and I came to get our nails done for my baby shower tomorrow. I just wanted something simple for my nails i got a pedicure and a manicure just regular paint. My sister in law had to wait to get her full set cause someone with an appointment came in... no biggie whatever. she was the only one waiting there was no line. i felt she rushed my pedicure, i asked for just glitter on my second toe she put glitter on all of them, the paint is very messy looks like I did it at home. she then moved me to get my mani that she also did and rushed my nails look messy like I did them at home. I again asked for glitter on just one nail and she continued to say no all tried putting glitt on all of them and I told her no she didn't wipe off the glitter just did one layer over and you can still see the glitter under the color. i have a couple nails with the sides not painted she left paint on the middle of my hand and my thump got messed up she didn't fix. My sister in law full set was done by someone else and they look very chunky her lines were not even. they got paint on her fingers and one of the nails got the acrylic on it and it burned her when she put her nail in the light. safe to say we will never come back :( read more

I called back the next day to ask for a refund would not give me a refund no matter what, I left a review on google 5 mins later they called back and said they could give me a refund ONLY because I left a bad review. told me to come in, I came in today to get my refund the MANAGER came up to me and told me that only if I take down the review I can get my refund. was not at all what I was told on the phone by Tracy. and the manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional as heck! walked away during the middle of me talking to him and also would not let me speak on the matter without interrupting me every 5 seconds. handed me off my to Tracy which then walked away during the middle of my conversation. And ended up handing me off to someone else who eventually gave me my refund. The last guy was very nice and compensated me for what I was owed on my refund. Scheduled an appointment for a dip manicure as I was given a $40 gift certificate. Once I indicated that I had an appointment, a rude male told me to sit down. Then asked if I had dip on. I said yes and he told me to pick a color. As I was going through the colors, he told me to "move up" so he could start removing my previous polish. About half way through the appointment he announced it was $55 which is $10 more than I pay at my salon in Fort Collins. He kept ordering me to relax my arms. He did not push back or trim my cuticles but used the dremel. When he finished he put oil on my cuticles and told me to rub it in. Then he told me to go wash my hands. When I say "he told me", it was more of an order. After washing my hands, I came back and sat down as I was expecting some lotion and a warm towel. He "told me", you're done and when I asked about the lotion and towel, he told me it was an add on for $20. I replied to their text message to regarding my treatment and indicated that I was not satisfied. I received a nasty voice mail indicating that the towel and lotion is an add on and that I should have asked about it and there are menus at every station. For the record, the only menu at my station, was for pedicures which they REALLY wanted me to do. Don't go there if you don't have to. My nails are actually lovely so if you don't mind the rudeness, expense and disrespectful attitude, go for it. read more

I am in town visiting from California for a wedding (original from Loveland though) and was needing a mani/pedi. I looked up on Yelp and Hot Nails had more reviews than most and had 4 stars. So, I thought they would be good. Unfortunately, my experience was horrible. I also took my mom with me to get a mani/pedi. My pedicure was done in about 10-15 minutes; the shortest pedicure I have ever had. Mind you, I get mani/pedi's at least twice a month. The gentleman "rubbed" me feet (if you can even call it rubbing) for about 3 minutes and scrubbed the bottom of my feet for about 20 seconds each. I still had a great amount of dead skin on my toenails as well as all he dead skin I came in with on the bottom of my feet. Now for my gel manicure. It was a horrible job as well. So instead of fixing a nail correctly he just kept putting layers on it. It was rippled and peeled off a day later. The day after, another nail peeled off. My mom got a French manicure and it was chipped in the same day. For a nail session that cost almost $100, I will never go back. read more

I've been going to Hot Nails for about 1.5 years now. Usually it is your run of the mill nail salon with reasonable prices. This afternoon was the most uncomfortable I think I've ever been! The owner decided to fire one of the nail techs right on the floor in front of 4 customers & a customer's daughter! Screaming ensued between the owner, the employee, and either the owner's wife or another employee. The woman was packing up her nail supplies while the screaming continued. The entire situation was beyond inappropriate & completely unprofessional for customers to see. I will not be returning. read more
