I had such a great experience w this plumbing company and genuinely can't recommend them enough. Andrey and Andrei were amazing from start to finish. I had actually brought a few other plumbing companies before them, and none were able to fix the smart toilet issue. This was the ONLY company that was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. Andrey has great communication skills and took the time to patiently explain things to me in simple terms, and Andrei went ahead and cleaned water off the floor w/o me even asking (during the heavy transfer of the older toilet). Thanks guys for all your hard work and coming out 2 days in a row to make sure everything was handled properly. They're a professional, respectful, and hardworking company. They came out promptly to my apartment and fixed both my toilet and also attached a water line. At first the price was a bit elevated however upon talking to my property manager who first negotiated the price, they openly honored the opening bid though the actually job required a bit more work than anticipated. read more

Sterling Property runs my building and this is their plumber of choice. Yesterday the plumbers worked on pipes in a shared wall with our neighbor. The pipes were near the front door - in fact, when the door is open the pipes are blocked A note to the plumbers stated there were cats in the apartment and they need to keep the door closed.. They ignored the note. We received confirmation from a couple of neighbors that the workers left the apartments unattended with the doors wide open. This makes sense considering 2 of my cats got out. I spent 2 hours looking for them to no avail. A neighbor witnessed one of the workers grabbing one of my cats near the pool and carrying her towards my apartment. Turns out the workers placed my cats in my neighbors apartment. While I salute the workers for placing my cats indoors - the fact that the cats were placed in the wrong apartment clearly indicates that the workers of BM Plumbing left both apartments unattended - wide open for anyone to walk into to rob. There was absolutely no business reason why the doors had to be open - remember, the pipes they were working on would've been blocked by the open door. Finally, the real issue at hand is that the agents of the property owners left my apartment unsecure! Will your renter or homeowner insurance cover your losses in this scenario? read more

We contacted BM Plumbing when our kitchen sink pipe burst. We found BM Plumbing on Apartment Owners Association magazine. Jose was sent to fix the pipes, arrived on time and was very courteous. Within an hour it was fixed and our kitchen is once again working. read more

So our land lord hired these bums. They came by a week ago to check out a job. We agreed what was needed and they left. I reviewed the agreement with the land lord and they signed off. On the work day BM shows up late. The job agreed to was replacement of broken fixtures and broken tiles. Water was draining behind the tiles and the fixture handles were falling off. When they arrived late we reviewed the agreed job. Hours later I look in the they did a different job. They replaced the fixtures but did not remove the tile, dry the wall and redo the broken tiles. Instead they came from behind, cutting through the drywall and left the tile in place. They said they would seal it. I called their boss who blew me off when I pointed out they were sealing up a wet wall and it will mold. Then I pointed out the guy loosened the shower door frame and they said he would fix it, reseal everything. I let the landlord know they have sealed in wet wall and waited to see what they would do. Nothing apparently. My wife then went to clean the bathroom and found the three day only sealant lifting out and the sealant so thin we could see they had left the grout dirty underneath - meaning no site preparation at all - no wonder it is coming off after three days. When we said something they said we are plumbers not carpenters. Plumbers who cannot use grout? And a company that changes their agreement without consultation. Do not hire and if you have do not pay until every single item is complete, no partial payment. read more

Had a leaky shower, called BM Plumbing and they sounded very professional and reasonably priced. I scheduled them and told them that they have to come in the morning because I can only take off a couple hours off work and they said its not a problem and they would be there at 9am. At 10am I call them and they do not know where their worker is and they said they would call me right back. I haven't received a call and I just left my house. I do not recommend anyone to hire BM plumbing. read more
