Although we weren't able to 100% see where the scent came from he was able to rule out any leaks. After Snaking the foul odor gradually went away and I believe whatever the issue was, was solved. He recommended we also call again to have a camera check for any possible clogs we might have not been able to get to, but he definitely fixed the issue. After snaking the odor was gone. How about this, I'm away working on location on a movie out of state, the 1947 sprinkler pipes burst out front and who comes to save the day, Tom! Over the phone via text he sent me pics of the damage and his repairs, and the bill was again fair and reasonable.
