Zack came to fix our kitchen sink via our home warranty call. I can't state enough how completely efficient and knowledgeable he was. He quickly took a look and saw several things needing attention at once. He explained each one individually in a way I could fully understand. I was able to take care of one myself and he took care of the others. He was quick, friendly and completely upfront about what the cost was and how much the insurance covered. I can't thank him enough! I would definitely recommend him and use him again. read more

I had Chris come over to check on a high humidity and pest problem. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable in analyzing everything, explaining, taking questions, and reassuring on how to identify a pumbling problem. I will be calling this company if I ever need a pumbler! read more

Zack, thank you for the follow-up. I requested an itemized receipt, and Gary only included two items. One is the cartridge and the other a modification of some sort. All he did was clean the showerhead of calcification. I also want to include that he broke the handle off the original cartridge because he claimed it was stripped; however, later he was able to remove the broken piece with the correct tool. That shows a lack of patience and experience. Lastly, the information given to me was that the insurance paid $175, and we paid $75 for the deductible, plus another $275, which is the part my wife is upset about, for a grand total of $525 collected by your company for a cartridge change and cleaning a shower head. read more

I'm so very much pleased with the plumbing service provided by Golden Pipe Plumbing & Rooter. I needed plumbing service for my kitchen sink clogged. I tried to do it myself, it did not work. Called GPP to come out OMG, Zack came out and saved the day. It seems to be a difficult job but Zack continued and didn't leave until the job was done. He explained every step to me and why I was having the drain problem. Wa La drain clear thanks to GPP, Zack. My appt was later in the day but Zack came much earlier. I'm so grateful for GPP for helping me out for such a difficult drain problem. From now on any plumbing problem I will call GPP to complete my plumbing problems quality of work is excellent with no huge clean up. Thank you so much to a great company and excellent person, Zack. read more

I had a great experience with Golden pipe plumbing and highly recommend. Great service, very knowledgeable.

My review has nothing to do with the home warranty coverage. It has to do with Golden pipe, plumbing, insisting on building an expensive estimate before the problem was even diagnosed. read more

Thank you Gary and Zack from Golden Pipe Plumbing! I have lived in my house for 15 years. Recently, in one of my bathrooms, the faucets were very hard to turn, and in another bathroom, there was a leak. I called my Home Warranty (Choice). They immediately referred me to Golden Pipe. I cautiously and nervously looked to YELP for their reviews and ratings. With my former Home Warranty Company, I routinely got referrals for companies with a 1.8 to 2.3 rating and often had to ask them to find other companies with a higher rating. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Golden Pipe had a lot of reviews and a 4.8 RATING! I called Golden Pipe and from the get-go I had a fantastic experience. I spoke with Zack and he was able to accommodate my schedule and provide me with a two-hour window (not the usual 4 to 6 hour window) of when the licensed plumber would be coming out and he also gave me his name (Gary) and telephone number (a rarity) and told me that Gary would contact me 30 minutes before he arrived. Golden Pipe came out in 2 days (they were going to come out the next day but since it was not an emergency and I had to work that day, they came in two days). I received a call from Gary (the plumber) and he told me he would be at my house in 30 minutes (which was the beginning of the two-hour window) and he arrived exactly on time. He was very nice and immediately upon hearing that the sinks were all upstairs, put on shoe booties without me even asking. He looked at all three faucets in the two bathrooms and immediately got to work. I am not handy, but I always like to see what is being done and he had no problem with me watching him. He explained that my three faucets were from good quality companies, but they were over 15 years old, and it make sense to replace the entire faucet rather than just the cartridge. My faucets were the existing faucets when I bought my house, and they were very good quality but made in Germany and very hard to remove. Gary worked tirelessly with no complaints. Most important was he did not take any shortcuts and made sure that the granite bathroom counter was not damaged in any way. Gary's work was top notch, and I really expected the charge to be more since he spent so much time working on my bathroom sink faucets. Gary also gave me a few tips and showed me how I could prolong the life of the faucets. Gary and Golden Pipe will now be my go-to plumbing company. They can do it all, with professionalism, accommodating my schedule, showing up on time, personable, reachable, and no surprises! Lloyd B. read more

GPP was great! We tried contacting 3 different plumbing services and glad we got connected with them. Super friendly & knowledgeable. I appreciated their timeliness and professionalism. I asked a bunch of questions on our issue because this is definitely new territory for me and they walked me through and helped me understand what the problem was and fixed it! Thanks for the great work & answering all my questions! Highly recommend. read more

Gary coordinated with the manufacturer of my water heater and my home warranty to resolve an issue that had been going on since September of last year. We finally have hot water again. He is an absolute god send, I recommend these guys to anyone! The issue was very complex, but Gary figured it out and was incredibly kind while doing so. As a woman who owns a home on her own, I am often times met with dishonest contractors and companies who think they can take advantage of me due to my gender. Gary did none of those things, and instead advocated for me while trying to get warranties sorted out with two companies. His communication was excellent as well. Thank you all so much, I am very grateful. read more

Zach and Chris were fantastic. Very professional and patient while I had to deal with my home warranty company. Once approved they came the same day (actually after 6pm, which was amazing!!). Definitely would recommend these guys. read more

Zack did an excellent job fixing our garbage disposal. He was friendly and left everything very clean when he was finished. I definitely recommend him. read more

Chris the technician from GPP that serviced my plumbing was considerate, pleasant and knowledgeable. He put booties over his boots before entering my home. He quickly identified the issue and resolved it within 10 minutes. He had the part in his vehicle and he tested the toilet multiple times to make sure the issue was fixed. He shared some best practices to maintain the toilet. It was refreshing to have Chris show up. Recently the technicians that have come to fix something in my house are miserable. They have terrible attitudes and honestly they don't fix the issue entirely. I never allow them back into my home. Chris can come back. I asked him if he does HVAC because I'm having an issue... Great hire Golden Pipe Plumbing! read more

My 4 year old flushed his toy down our toilet and, of course, it got stuck. We were pretty worried about the repair and how much or how long it would take. I have found my regular go to plumber! Golden Pipe Plumbing came to me as a recommendation from a friend and I'm so glad I found this company. Zack installed a new water heater for me with excellent attention to detail, and even adding exhaust that was missing, bringing my home to code. Today I had a bit of an emergency where I tried to do a DYI job and failed, but luckily Zack was in the area. He squeezed me in and assured me my problem was fixed. I hired Zack at Golden Pipe Plumbing to replace some stop valves and an outdoor hose bib in my patio. I live in an HOA-managed building with shared water so we have to use license & insured plumbers. Naturally, I was worried going into this process because we all know how expensive and sometimes untruthful plumbers can be. I called three different plumbers for quotes and it was obvious from the start that Zack and Golden Pipe were going to be the most honest, fair, and reliable. Day of service went smoothly and professionally - they made it a priority to explain everything clearly and take care of the unit. To top it all off, they even threw in a complimentary service. It was a great experience and I'm happy I found Golden Pipe because I now have a go-to-plumber in case anything happens in the future. If you need a plumber, call Zack and don't look back. You'll be glad you did! read more

Excellent service, kind, efficient and corrected the problem. I would absolutely recommend for renters and owners alike.

We called Golden Pipe Plumbing & Rooter to get a quote on a bathroom remodel. By far, he gave us the best quote out of all the plumbing places we called and we called a BUNCH! He installed a brand new bathroom for us including the toilet, sink, shower, the whole nine yards, and the work was flawless and PERFECT! Everything was treated with such attention, just absolutely spotless. Zack is not only highly skilled but also a very pleasant, easy-going person. The price was well and truly worth it considering the extent of plumbing work carried out and the timely completion of everything. We would thoroughly recommend him to anyone in search of plumbing work. If you need a reliable, honest, and talented person, then GPP is the one for you! read more

First of all, Golden Pipe was very quick to respond and were even prepared to come after it was dark. Gary came the next day and immediately diagnosed how to stop the water constantly flowing into my toilet. The cost was very reasonable, and I will definitely ask for him again. read more

Amazing Service!!! I can't say enough about the great work that Zack and his team did. I previously called another plumber, and they wanted to charge an outrageous price and, in my opinion do unnecessary work, but I called Golden Pipe Plumbing, and they came out and gave me a great deal and gave their honest opinion about what work was necessary and what items were not. The workers were friendly and cleaned up the area nicely after the work was complete. I definitely recommend that you call them for all your plumbing needs.
