There were actually 2 nails in my tires and he fixed it promptly and for a good price. I called the dealer to find out how much a brake flush was and his price was about half so I set up Ana appointment with him. He also changed my cabin filter. Tells me there is a plastic cover hanging under my car that I know wasn't hanging there before I drove in I saw him underneath the car in the exact location where the cover was hanging he tells me you have a plastic cover hanging under your car that "came loose" right!!! So I lay on the floor in his shop and try to snap it back in but he broke the tabs off and then has the audacity to tel me he has to charge me for putting it on the lift to take of the piece that he broke really! What kind of shady business is this guy running maybe he was pissed I bought the groupon I don't know but really I come in for a simple smog check and then you break a plastic cover and tell me you have to charge me get real you crooked bastard. Since moving to the area, I have been to 3 other places, this includes the local BMW dealership and BM Plus and now I think this place is JUST MEH. I needed a direct, honest and knowledgeable mechanics who believe in service. BM+ does have most of the above things. However, I thought I can count on always getting the knowledge with reasonable pricing for what was actually done. However, I learned that BM+ is really charging like a dealership, lying and this means it can include hours for things not actually being replaced. Yes, the rate is initially lower, but if you are charging me for time not actually needed to finish a job than, Customers lose confident because that's considered a mark up. It's bogus.
