Tried this clinic for the first time this month. I spoke with Ms. Jay Kim on the phone to schedule an appointment. She was fluent in English and Korean, which I appreciated. I have a tendency to switch back and forth between the two languages when talking about services because I do my research in Korean platforms. I scheduled a Botox appointment and consultation for Thermage FLX. I'm 31 years old and been getting Botox since mid 20s. I went in knowing which areas I wanted to get done. I've never gotten Thermage FLX before. Regarding the procedure itself, the Botox was done by Dr. Kim, which I was pleasantly surprised by. I felt comfortable around him and he seemed like a caring person. When I told him this would be my last Botox for some time because I will be trying for a baby soon, he advised I should stop using retinoids, which I had no clue! It's been about two weeks since the Botox and the results look natural. Price was reasonable. I would recommend to friends and family. Might go back to get the Thermage FLX once my skin calms down. read more
