After having our septic tank pump by Modern Septic the technician pointed out that both the inlet and outlet pipe needed to be replaced. They gave me the names of two contractors that I could call to have the work done. The first contractor I called (can't remember the name) said he'd come out to take a look but never did. Each time I called he said he was really busy but would come out anyway. He never showed up. So I called Taylor at BMB Septic and he came out the same day. I explained the issue and he was able to inspect the tank since it was still pumped down and gave me a quote to replace the inlet and outlet pipes with modern materials and recommended new risers and lids which I whole-heartedly agreed with (previously I had the dig down to expose the lids prior to pumping now it is no longer necessary.) Taylor's 2 man crew got the work done the very next day and I got to see all that they did. The work was top notch. I cannot say enough good things about BMB Septic. We were in the process of purchasing a home with only four days left on our inspection contingency period. We contacted BMB Septic on a Thursday, they came out and inspected the tank and provided a repair quote on Friday. The repairs were completed on Sunday and Monday which allowed us to meet the terms of the contingency period. After the repairs were complete, they issued us a septic certification which was required by the lender. BMB Septic employs only the best. I feel they did a great job. But Taylor was not happy that the guys did not remove the left over pieces of the leach field, their empty drink cans Along with an old replaced septic concrete lid and tree branches they removed. Taylor said he would have them come back. Which never happened. After leaving Taylor two messages I gave up. We are elderly but I guess we will have to figure it out.
