I live 4 hrs from this dealership so I called and spoke with them. I already had my own financing with the bank so they didn't have to worry about any of that. They gave me a rough estimate on what they would give me on my trade but said they needed to see the truck. Ok that's fair. First issue was they would never call me back. Their communication is horrible at best. I never really spoke with the same person twice. They told me the vehicle would be ready to look at one day. It wasn't. I had already taken a day off work to go look at it. Luckily I had called the day before to confirm it would be ready. Again. I had to call them. When I finally made it to the dealership they met me in the parking lot and wanted me to just come in and sign the paperwork for the truck. Uh no. We hadn't agreed on price of new vehicle, trade etc. I took the new vehicle for a test drive while they looked at my trade. Ultimately they declined to work with me on the trade or price of new vehicle. They knew they had me because of the distance I drove. They completely took advantage of that. I almost left on the principal alone but I wanted this specific vehicle. Then I went and met with Megan in finance. That was the worst part of this whole expierence. She had a super short attitude like I was inconveniencing her the whole time. Would not explain things and was short of rude the whole time. Zero customer service at this place. I saw all the reviews before hand but still made the mistake of going in. I knew better. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Only giving it two stars because I got a complimentary bottle of water while I waited and the young lady they had go on the test ride with me and hang out with me while I waited on funding and what not was very friendly and personable. read more

I am still in shock after my experience looking to buy a used car here. My father and I drove 2 hours to look at a used BMW here, it had been sitting for nearly 2 months so we were hoping to get a decent deal and meet somewhere in the middle. All was going great until they gave me a ridiculous lowball of 4k less than the Kelly blue book for my current car. The sales manager who then came in, Jordan was so condescending when speaking with us. He kept claiming how honest he was and how he was going to lose money on this deal which was not true at all. When we asked how much new ones were he quoted them 20,000 over their listed price online. Overall the whole experience felt gross. He shouldn't be even washing the BMW cars. He nearly screwed up my M440i build and then went on to mess up my friend's X7 build, failing to add an TWO mandatory options. Worse, he never admitted the mistake--my friend only found out at delivery. I have seen the text conversation between my friend and the SM. On top of that, he doesn't stand by his word. I've been well-connected in the Northwest and have sent 10-15 referrals in the past year alone. But guess what? I'm done doing business here. I have two leads right now for an X5 and X3, and I'm already hooking my friends up with a different BMW Center. If you value honesty and reliability, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Bought a 2024 Audi good price but came with one key, was told another key has to come from Audi and it would cost around 300. No, it costs over 1,100 dollars 785 for key and 300 for programming key. If I knew the key cost and I would have asked for money for that purpose. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and have had nonstop suspension issues. Multiple service visits failed to find the root cause; staff repeatedly labeled the problem as "wear and tear" or that it had been the tires or alignment (or blamed mileage) instead of properly diagnosing it. When they finally performed work, the installation was done incorrectly and caused additional damage. Between the ongoing problems and poor workmanship, this has been an expensive, stressful experience -- I cannot recommend this dealer and would warn others to be cautious.below is a photo of how my part was installed and how it's suppose to be installed. As you see in these photos they do not look the same. But this is the same year of vehicle I was able to ask them to get me verification that my parts were installed incorrectly. An also attached is the dealer specifications to installation that the technician did not follow. They are also refusing to pay back any charges to me. I am appalled that a well known dealership would sell a car with an outrageous number of problems. I bought a used car for $8,499. I was specifically told they would not ruin their reputation over an $8,000 car - they did. I far from recommend this dealership. This is the second time I have ever bought a used car from a dealership and this is the worst experience I have ever had! It is my understanding that when you buy a a used car off of a lot at the VERY least there would be heat in the car and no oil leak! There is absolutely no way they did not know the issues with this car: No heat, blown speaker, broken bushings, oil leak & oil pan leak, and lastly the passenger headlight housing allows tons of moisture inside. Not only did they have me go back and forth wasting gas for them to keep my car for days to give it back to me with nothing done, but they continue to tell this lie that I told them I blew the speaker in the car. At first before we bought the car the sales person James was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional person. when we spoke to Jordan (sales manager I believe) they said they already bought parts to have replaced so there was no negotiating the price for those items, which we understoo. After signing paperwork and was told we would be able to pick up the BMW the following Friday we could not get anyone to answer our calls or call us back about the work that was being done. 4 days later we get ahold of Tim from sales and were informed that they were not aware of any parts being ordered but assured us that they would make it right and have it done. that was 2 weeks ago and we have called multiple times and no one will call us back. Drove down from Keizer to Eugene and got their around 1:20. Went in, Ryan came up to me after I introduced myself and said that the car wasn't there and that he would go get it. What? Where is it? I went into BMW Eugene for an oil change on my 2022 4 series. My lease is not up until next July but I had been thinking of getting a BMW SUV for my next car. While waiting for my car, I spoke to Mitch Burnem, one of the salesmen and told him what I was thinking about. He took his time and showed us the 2024 SUV X3 and it was perfect. We took it for a test drive and really liked the car. Mitch was so kind and patient with answering all of our questions and even suggested a car back seat extender for our two big dogs and helped me find it on Amazon. He was wonderful and the manager was also extremely helpful in getting me a great deal. I had a very bad experience with this dealer when I got my last car there but these guys turned it all around and never pressured me at all. They swindled me into a 12000$ loan for a car that isn't even safe to drive... I bought the car halloween night and was told it needed some repairs but that I would probably have it back in a week. Fast forward to a month later and the car was finally ready. I went through 3 of their loaners in that time frame but that's another story about how awful these people are. So anyways, I get the car home and realize that the center console won't light up at all, I can't see what gear I'm shifting into when it's dark out...I called to complain about it and was told I would have to fix this serious safety issue myself. With this, there's an awful smell every time I turn the car on and the power locks don't work at all. I have to manually lock every one of them. My granddaughter purchased a used vehicle from BMW of Eugene OR in December 2022. They sold her a vehicle that had/has a damaged catalytic converter with the agreement that they would replace it. They said at the time they were on back order and would call her when they receive one in. This was in December 2022. It is now the end of December 2023! Throughout this past year there has been multiple calls and texts to the BMW dealership where they said that someone would reach out and resolve the issue. Not once did they call or accept calls and honor the agreement. Maybe if it wasn't a used vehicle and was a new BMW the outcome would have been better? I don't know but shame on the dealership for not honoring the agreement that they made when selling the vehicle to a 18 year old girl! read more

I saw a beautiful red Tesla that I was interested in but knew I probably couldn't afford. I thought I'd look at it anyway since I had time to kill. It was an older car (2012) with 70,000 miles on it and asking 36000. I had no idea Tesla's were so nice and really wanted to buy this car so I took it home to show my husband. Since there is no warranty on this car, I wanted to make sure everything worked and of course was assured by everyone that the car was in perfect working order. Turns out the sun roof was broken (which they knew) and I would have paid 36k for a car with a broken sun roof. Even though this wasn't a big deal, I didn't trust anything they had to say at that point. And..... they kept making it personal saying stupid stuff like "I thought you liked us" How very unprofessional. Nothing to do with like. I was there to do business. I felt like I was in a low end hustler kind of dealership rather than a high end BMW dealership. We were on an roadtrip and our 2013 BMW X3 ended up being towed to this dealer from I-5. After the service team took a look it was revealed that it would need a new transmission (close to $20k) and would take 6-8 weeks. Since we were over 1k miles from home we had to make a decision. They told us a couple times that they were just going to send our car to auction because it's not worth anything. Long story short, they gave us $750 for our car (trade-in) and we ended up purchasing a new BMW X1. Now that we're home in AZ, we went online and lo and behold there is our car online for sale for $14,995!!! we tried to communicate our disappointment to the floor manager, and he ended up having some scripted line about how they post all vehicles online whether they're for sale or not. There is a little note that the vehicle isn't for sale due to being cleaned and serviced. So if the car isn't actually for sale and is supposedly "going to the auction", why post it??!! That's misleading and seems like false advertisement to us. Our salesman was fine while we were there but since then we've had some texts that remained unanswered until yesterday when I reached out again. He blamed it on the snow/ice they are currently experiencing. However, they didnt have that weather back when I originally reached out to him A few weeks ago. Overall, the experience was quite stressful and then to see that they're possibly trying to get almost $15k for our car and we could only squeeze $750 out of them for the trade-in, doesn't sit very good with us. I just moved from Santa Cruz, CA and my service light came on. When I was waiting in the showroom, I looked up 'Yelp' to see what I was in for. The reviews were NOT positive and I frantically tried to find another dealer, but couldn't drive that far or wait that long with my service light on. My service writer and service were flawless! She listened to my concerns (I didn't mention Yelp) and she and the resulting work were thorough and addressed all issues as well as a much needed detail- inside and out. I thought I'd need an exorcist to get all of the bugs off (600 mile drive from Santa Cruz). Purchased a pre owed Toyota. No transparency and integrity by the sales man and finance guy. My fault for pursuing the purchase even though they refused to tell me/show me on their records of their service department: 1. What they fixed 2. What they did in terms of maintenance and 3. What they recommend. I ended up with and over $600 bill from my mechanic... Not even fixing the 3 open recalls and using zip ties to hold up the plate beneath the car... There are so many dealerships that provide the print out of their service records, offer to take the vehicle to your own mechanic... Such a sad, sad set of values...lesson learned and never again:) read more
