Every experience has been so much better than any of the other places around town. While they don't have the service department or the huge lot of vehicles, the process with them is pressure-free and friendly. Also, you don't spend a whole day at the dealership if you buy from them, they know what they're doing and don't waste time going back and forth between buyer and manager or whatever it is the larger places do to drag things along. They also won't push you to buy something you don't need. Every time we've been there, they've waited awhile before approaching us, letting us look at vehicles without feeling like you're going to be accosted by a stereotypical salesperson as soon as you park on the lot. Also, if you're looking for something really specific, they do offer to do the searching for you and will get you the car you're looking for, if you can't find it here right away. Yes they are high interest it's up to you to take care of your credit so you don't have to use them. We unfortunately have been the victim of plant closures so our credit went south. I was injured and disabled this time so it went south again. I say we have been using them for 20 years off and on. I have always been treated with respect. Ultimately they declined to work with me on the trade or price of new vehicle. They knew they had me because of the distance I drove. They completely took advantage of that. I almost left on the principal alone but I wanted this specific vehicle. Then I went and met with Megan in finance. That was the worst part of this whole expierence. She had a super short attitude like I was inconveniencing her the whole time. Would not explain things and was short of rude the whole time. Zero customer service at this place. I saw all the reviews before hand but still made the mistake of going in. I knew better. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
