One neighbor would bring home his refer semi truck home for lunch and leave both running which were extremely loud and obnoxious. I was awakened once by rap music at 3am! Twice my apartment was entered without my permission during my one month stay. Couch was very uncomfortable and gave me a back ache. The appliances were purchased 2nd hand or were the cheapest I have ever seen. The refrigerator, washer and dryer were extremely loud. The stove top was almost unusable because the burners would not lay flat. The one owner, Cindy, was extremely combative and not understanding about any sort of complaint and loved to chortle that, "We are owners and are very proud of the 6 units we built." Well, the pride certainly didn't extend to the cut rate furnishings in the apartment and the non gracious, belligerent attitude!
