Job well done for a 2012 Honda Civic that hasn't ever had a detail done. Christian was very professional & great at his job! He was able to restore the headlights for $50 (prices may vary by car) and said it would last a couple of years, if not give him a call. I got a Groupon but their prices are very reasonable w/out it. You can find their prices on their website. It was a little hard getting a hold of them, but once I did the scheduling was easy. Came to my job a couple of hours before the scheduled detail (texted and confirmed time) & finished within 2 hours as promised. I really appreciate that they took the full time- this signifies they weren't just there to make a quick buck. The car looks great & the inside looks even better. I prepaid for a mobile detail and have called over 25 times, left 4 voicemails, sent 3 emails and messaged them on Yelp and still not have heard from anyone to schedule an appointment. If I can get an appointment and they do a great job I will update my review, but as of now I am not impressed with their customer service and feel like I wasted my money. I get it if you are busy, but a 30 second call or email back over a 6 week period of time is not a lot to ask for. read more

Box Bax auto detailing is new to the area. I found this business through Groupon. I got $199 worth of services for $100. Almost 50% off! Great deal! I was intrigued to try out their services because having my car washed in front of my own home keeps me more at ease and takes the hassle out of finding someone to pick me up. I was a bit hesitant as first because there weren't any reviews. So, I decided to give them a try after I spoke with Christian about the services I was thinking about getting. He gave me a run down on the services and answered my questions. He arrived on time and set up his equipment on my driveway. Here is a rundown of the services my car received: *EXTERIOR was washed, waxed and clayed. When Christian arrived, I pointed out that the back of my car had tiny orange specks with a grainy feel to them. I often take my car to a hand car wash and those grainy specks can never be removed. Christian explained that those tiny orange specks were oxidation, which I was shocked about. After he applied the clay treatment, the grainy texture on my car was gone! No damage to the paint! My windows were also very, very greasy. I had tried several times to get them clean, but I couldn't do it. Christian pointed out that hand car washes often use the same towel with different products, so a product that was not for my windows, ended up on my windows.Thankfully, he got the gunk off, and left the windows the shiniest I've ever seen them! *INTERIOR was vacuumed, stains were removed from the upholstery and the plastics were protected. The upholstery in my car had several stains from my two dogs, that I thought I would never see gone. But Christian was able to get rid of all of them! My seats look super clean now and my dash board looks impeccable! I give Box Bax Auto Detailing 5 stars for Christian's knowledge behind the products he used and overall quality of the services my car received. No doubt I will be contacting Bo Bax Auto Detailing for my next detailing. Happy that my Corolla looks brand new again! read more
