Let me start by saying, the Genesis Detailing team were awesome and Johnny did a great job on our vehicle. I purchased a new vehicle for my wife and wanted to have it ceramic coated. I received a recommendation and contacted Genesis Detailing to have the coating applied. A day later, I was contacted by the owner Nick. He advised me that there were severe hard water spots on the entire passenger side and hood of the vehicle. Nick recommended I take it back to the dealer to have the issue resolved. I returned the car to the dealer who kept it for a week. When I got the car back, the water spotting was removed and I took it back to Genesis Detailing to have the coating applied. Had they not been so detailed in the process and recognized the issue, the spotting could've been a problem after the process was completed. The team at Genesis Detailing were professional, always kept me informed in the process, and my wife and I couldn't be more happier with the results. Thank you to the whole crew at Genesis- Jacob, Kyle, and Nick for the paint correction work on my Viper. After a decade and a half of canyon runs, road race tracks, and club events the clear coat was starting to show its age. Some body panels were worse off than others. The hood and front fenders bore the brunt of the wear and tear. It no longer had that shine and reflections were hazy. I knew the Viper was beyond needing just a polish. A full paint correction was in order and this was something I wanted done in a controlled environment by professionals who took their time. I found this with Genesis Detailing! From my first meeting with them to looking over their detailing studio they made me feel comfortable and confident handing over my baby for a few days. And yes I called it a detailing studio because their shop is much more than just a garage! Great work is done there under very controlled conditions. Something you cannot get with mobile detailing at this level. It was determined that the Viper needed a 2 stage cut/correction where they make 2 separate passes with the cutting compound to smooth out the clear coat. Being a 16 year old car, there were some paint defects, scratches etc. that could not be fixed with paint correction and I appreciated their honesty with setting my expectations realistically. They were confident that they could bring back the gloss and shine as well as knock down most of the scratches. I will let the photos speak for themselves, but suffice it to say they made the Viper look great again! The shine and gloss were back and the reflections were nice and sharp. Brought in my Mazda 3 for interior detailing. And they made my car look spankin' new and squeaky clean after a few hours. It felt like I bought a new car! They got every nook and cranny and even got out the crumbs of food that I always get in between the seats when I eat my lunches in the car lol. I have to mention that I also have two fat corgis that SHED SO MUCH and even with a seat protector, allllll their fur will fly around and stick to windows, the dash, etc etc. And guess what? Wow! Our 2017 BMW X5 looks brand new after bringing it to Nick. We have 2 kids and use our SUV for the beach, desert, dining, etc... so it gets really dirty. We have had it detailed before from other shops, but it would still had stubborn pieces of dirt/sand in random crevices and the leather looked cleaner but not like it does after bringing it to Genesis. Nick explained how they do multiple cleaning, exfoliating, and conditioning to the leather and it shows. The seats are so clean and feel more supple and comfortable. Jacob and Nick started off by first cleaning, steaming, vacuuming and shampooing the inside of my car. Nick is a hard worker and incredibly flexible with his schedule. I asked him to do an exterior detail on my 2017 GMC Denali Dually, which is a very large truck. He showed up at my house within the hour and went straight to work. I consistently go off-roading with my truck, so it tends to stay dirty all the time.
