For the past two weeks, I've been dealing with debilitating back pain that has significantly impacted my sleep and ability to sit for long periods. The pain has gotten so severe at times that even taking deep breaths or laughing caused sharp, excruciating discomfort. It's the egotism of Dr. Bo I've been in the medical field for years and no expert should think of themselves so highly. it's just dangerous. I asked him if he knew of any orthopedic surgeons in town, and he goes on saying he doesn't, but with what he does all these issues will be addressed. He talked, but didn't listen. Update: March 2020 I wanted to post an update because I think it is important for people to hear. There is no doubt that Dr. Bo has helped me overcome the immense pain I was experiencing, but I would also like to add that he has helped me Spiritually. Patient's of Dr. Bo know that the first thing he asks you is "What are you grateful for today" or "Tell me something that you are going to do for yourself today". It was always along those lines, but never the same question. At first I would try and come up with a quick answer, but most of the time it was no answer. Frankly it wasn't something I focused on and no one ever really asked me this before. I had tried practicing gratitude in the past by keeping a journal, but at the time it felt redundant and phony. Now I had someone asking me this 3 times a week and I wanted to be prepared because I hate being put on the spot. This forced me to look for the good in everything in my life on a daily basis and take note. It became a daily habit and little by little I started noticing a change in my mindset. I had so much in my life to be grateful for and I was becoming more happy! It wasn't fake, it wasn't forced, it wasn't chemically induced, it was and still is genuine happiness. Thank you Dr. Bo for your infectious enthusiasm on life and I am forever grateful for not only the pain relief but the important life lesson of gratitude. Dr. Bo has been a God send! I had severe hip/groin pain due to anterior pelvic tilt and osteoarthritis for almost two years due to wear and tear of 24 years of military service and years of Cross Fit and Obstacle Course Racing. I was also having daily headaches and neck pain. After a few months of painful physical therapy and over a year of taking Neurontin to get through the night, I decided to give Dr. Bo's treatment plan a try. After 3 weeks of treatment, I can say my hip pain has significantly reduced, I can sleep without having to take the Neurotinand the headaches are almost non existent. I know I have a long road of therapy ahead of me, but Dr. Bo has given me hope that I don't have to live in constant pain without having to go under the knife. I came to Dr B fit as a fiddle, but knew the 33 years of slouching had affected my spine. My neck has no curvature, which sits straight up, and my upper back is kyphotic/hunchback due to years of poor posture. Figure I'd find a chiropractor to adjust this mess of a spine before any serious health concerns would surprise me. In comes Dr. B. After a series of adjustments, standing up straight is much more tolerable. It doesn't feel like my back is being worked out, nor does it feel like my shoulders and chest are being stretched. It's become easier to correct my slouching over each session. Almost second nature. Also, I feel like I'm getting better rest throughout the night. My journey is yet to be complete.
