My daughter did report that the gluten free had a good crust, tasted great, and gave her no tummy upset later, a sign that it was indeed not only gluten free, but prepared carefully to avoid cross contamination. Eating it cold was, like most gluten free crusts, not as great, but still edible and worked the next day.
