They dust their chips with a signature blend of spices that made them so good. My wife got the Saloon burger, my son got the buffalo chicken sandwich & fries, with the same dusting that was on the nachos, and I got the southwestern salad. I ordered the Fat Boy and she got the Jedi, and both were excellent. The Fat Boy was loaded -- pastrami, roast beef, turkey, ham, capicola, pepperoni, salami, provolone, plus all the fresh veggies and dressings on that soft, fresh-baked bread. Huge portion and packed with flavor. My wife's Jedi (the Italian) was just as good: Genoa salami, spicy capicola, pepperoni, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and Italian dressing. It's self-serve: you grab a tray, line it with parchment, use the tongs, and select whatever catches your eye--from baguettes to cakes to coffee drinks. Checkout was quick, Apple Pay was accepted, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. The space was clean, friendly, and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating. Bottom line: Whenever you see a Paris Baguette on your radar, pull over. It's dependable, delicious, and perfect for picking up pastries to share--or to treat yourself.
