This wasn't optimal but it was ok. We asked for this in writing and was told no. When we asked when would be an optimal time to call MImi we were told .."we could not call to talk to Mimi" because they "don't answer their phones"!!! What!? How does a business function like this? So again, took time out from a very busy schedule to stop in to see Mimi to receive the credit. This is where it went from bad to unbelievably horrid. We were told in no certain terms that this was our bad luck and that they would not honor their verbal agreement as there was no way we could prove that any of this transpired and we would lose any small claims if we attempted to seek a refund. Please! Do not use this company. They are thieves at best. It is a shame too, because we always want to support local.

We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.
