    2020 Avalon Catalina

I am new to boating and just moved to the area from Massachusetts. I stopped over at Boater's Paradise and was greeted by Johnny (not right away, he let me browse for a few minutes first which was perfect). He asked me what I was looking for and after I told him, he provided me with some great advise as to what he believed I would like based on what I had told him...thankfully because if I had purchased what I thought I was looking for I would have been very disappointed. After minimal negotiations...and I mean minimal (I got a great deal) I ended up purchasing a new Avalon Catalina which is awesome! Paul took me out for a sea trial and answered every question I had and gave me some great tips! Johnny got everything taken care of in a timely fashion and had the tri-toon delivered to a ramp 5 minutes from my house. From start to finish the process was seamless...Thanks Johnny

My husband and I were in the market to buy a pontoon boat never have owned a boat before we really didn't know what we wanted. We stopped into Boaters Paradise and met Danny who introduced the Avalon pontoons to us, he was very informative and not pushy. We spent some time looking at other products and went back to see Danny a few more times, each time we went back he remembered us, spent time answering our questions and all without being a pushy salesman. We decided that Avalon was the boat we wanted and so we sat down and picked out our options to have a boat built to our liking, Danny helped us through this process and gave us a price on the boat. We are people that have to think about major purchases to make sure we are making the right decision, here again Danny was patient with us and waited for us to say "yes" build it. Our boat was built over the summer and when arrived at the dealership we went to see it, it was beautiful but the floor color didn't look right to me so Danny dug into it for us and found out the floor choice we picked had been discontinued so the factory went ahead and picked a floor for us without giving us the option to choose a different floor. I was not happy and knew I would hate it every time I walked onto the boat Danny asked what they could do to make us happy? I wanted a different floor. The dealership agreed to replace the floor at their cost as the factory was not taking any responsibility. We didn't like the idea of tearing the boat all apart and neither did Danny so he spoke to the factory again and they then agreed to build us a brand new boat and would put it at the front of the line so we could have it within about three weeks. They would then keep the other boat and put it on their lot to sell. Our son had made plans to visit and so we wanted the boat by then Danny assured us we would have it. Well after all this the dealership was true to their word and had the boat ready to go for us in time for our sons visit and even had a few amazing gifts for us to go with it. This is a long review but I felt it was worth typing out so people realize what a wonderful dealership this is, there are not many places anymore that are all about customer service and making their customers happy, Boaters Paradise is definitely a place that does. You will not be disappointed

Notice there is nothing about the boat on the sales receipt. The price was lower than they indicated on the form we signed

This is in response to Michael K. Sounds to me like you…read moredidn't do your research/homework on your purchase concerning the size motor that you purchased with your boat. Can't blame them for what you didn't do. Any time I make a purchase for that amount of money I usually spend time on forums seeing what other people have done. It's best to learn from their mistakes instead of making your own. No type of dealership is perfect whether it's cars, boats or motorcycles and Boater's Landing is no different. You should always do your research and be on your guard when you deal with salesmen that work on commission... Here is a photo of my boat that I purchased from them. It is also a Key West 239FS but it has a 300hp on it. It will do between 50-55 mph depending on water conditions and load.

I wish I can say that my experience was amazing but UNFORTUNATELY it was not. I purchased a 2018…read morekey west brand new so that son was safe along with my self on the water. We purchased a 239fs powered by a Yamaha 200ph, if you call any other dealership they will refuse to ever take the boat on trade due to be WAY Underpowered. When I brought this to Billys attention, he told me "tuff shit I already purchased it" after that he asked me if I wanted to trade my boat back in so he can collect another percentage of commission. I could not believe this actually came out of a business owners mouth. After calling calling around to other key west dealers, I have found many others are treated the same. I would suggest asking around before pulling the trigger like I did. From out customer service to how

Coastal Friends Boat Tours was an absolute highlight of our visit to south west Florida…read more My wife and our friends decided to take a sunset tour on Sunday. The boat was spacious and comfortable, very stable even amid the small swell and wakes of other boats (my wife has gotten seasick in the past, but had absolutely no problem with this trip due to the stability of the boat and the skill of Aldo the Captain/pilot). We enjoyed seeing Dolphins and Pelicans, and even a ray just after sunset. The sunset was amazing and memorable, but not the best part of our tour. What was the best part? Being hosted by the owner and captain Aldo, and his first mate (wife] Demaris. They are happy and friendly, and very skilled at operating their boat. But more than that, they are excellent hosts. We had a lot of laughs, and a very enjoyable afternoon. The opportunity to meet Aldo and Demaris, and enjoy their hospitality shouldn't be missed. You'll be glad you chose this company for your boat tour! TLDR; Relaxing and fun way to spend the afternoon. Aldo and Demaris are great people, enjoyable to be around and skilled in their business I highly recommend them as hosts and tour guides!

Core memories. I really appreciate the privacy of the boat rides compared to so many other businesses that will put 30 to 50 people on a boat for a lower price and for a much lower quality experience. This is a more premium and personalized offering that really makes it feel much more special for a family or a small group of friends. Don't wait any longer just go ahead and book!
