I own two Saturn boats, SD365 and SK470 and am very happy with both of them. I use them for fishing and for recreation. I have been using the SD365 for 4 years, and the boat is still in like-new condition, so I expect to get several more years from it. Over the years I made several modifications/additions to the boat. I purchased three seat clamps with swivels and installed foldable seats with cushions. When fishing with my buddy, I remove one of the seats, but when we go on pleasure rides with out wives, we use all 3 seats (2 in front and 1 in the rear). The fourth seat could be installed, but it would interfere with the operation of the motor, so my buddy has to seat right on the bench or use a flotation cushion on the bench. The boat would accommodate a fifth person on the bow, if needed. I use a 6hp Nissan outboard, and with four people the boat makes 6 mph, which is not too fast, but adequate for leisurely exploring lakes. When fishing I also use a 30 lb thrust trolling motor and a portable fishfinder. Both motors and the fishfinder fit on the transom. I also purchased a carpet and custom cut it to fit over the inflatable floor (which is great - rigid enough to stand or walk on it, and at the same time soft and warm), so I do not worry to puncture it with a fishing hook or soil it with mud. With all these additions the boat id still portable, and I can fit everything (with a lot of other stuff) in my 4runner. However, to save time on the lake, I bought a small utility trailer and with slight modifications use it to transport the boat and store it in my garage during the summer without the need of deflating (~10 minutes) and inflating (~25 minutes) it. In the winter I put the trailer against the wall, deflate the boat and store it in my basement in the bag. It is very convenient. I liked the boat so much that two years ago I decided to buy another Saturn boat, which my wife and I could use for rowing. We ended up choosing the SK470, which can be used as a kayak or as boat with an outboard motor. The SK470 exceeded all my expectations. It is light enough for one person to be able to carry it, and still very durable and stable, so one can stand in it on the water. With the same 6hp outboard it reaches 12 mph with two people and 15 mph with just me. Withe 30 lb electric motor it runs at about 5-6 mph. It also rows pretty fast with two people. For rowing I remove the aluminum seats and put a cheap stadium seat plus flotation cushion on the floor. This way my knees do not interfere with paddles. I also use the boat for fishing when I don't want to take the bigger SD365. The SK470 can easily accommodate two people fishing and has plenty of room for the gear. My overall experience with Saturn inflatable boats is very positive. I would recommend the Saturn boats without hesitation to anyone who likes fishing, or just wants to have a great time on the water. I like them so much that I am thinking of getting another one (SK395) form BoatsToGo for solo fishing. read more

About 3 years ago I learned about Saturn boats from http://www.BoatsToGo.com. Since than I've been hooked on the quality and variety of inflatable boats these guys offer. My first boat was a 12 footer I used for fishing. A little later I bought me a KaBoat. A KaBoat is a mix between a Kayak and Boat. What's interesting about this boat is that the kayak style design fused with a transom gives me an ability to kayak as much as I like, but when I get tired I can simply start up my 2ph motor and a kayak turns into a motor boat. This year, actually just a few days ago, I bought a snorkeling boat from them. What this boat does, it allows me jump into the water and slide right back in. This is an amazing use for a boat, because when it gets hot, I often want to go for a swim, but stop short of it, because it's hard to climb back. Well not anymore. I just tested this snorkeling boat and let me tell you it was worth every penny. A special note is to the quality of the fabric. Found this shop when searching locally for Kayaks. I wasn't originally in the market for an inflatable but the guys were great with helping me navigate the site, and find exactly what it was I wanted - In the end I went with the FK396, a 13ft Fishing Kayak made by Saturn and I absolutely love it. I would have loved to have been able to physically see the boats beforehand, but the site did have an ample amount of photos so I was able to get a solid idea of what I was buying - in all reality its probably for the best, for had I see the 15 Footer SK487 Kaboat they have on display, I probably would have opted for that! As a longtime fisherman, I have owned every type of boat, but I'll never buy another one after getting an inflatable from boatstogo. For the price they pay and the product you get, I don't see why anyone would own anything else. My 15 foot boat does everything and goes everywhere, and I can either keep it on the trailer, or last week I drove to Naples with my boat in my trunk. The website is really nice, with a lot of information and ideas to customize your boat. This year I also got my kids a paddleboard after seeing their marketing guy doing demos near Haulover inlet. That thing is getting a ton of use already. I've never had a puncture, a defect, or a problem with a Boatstogo product, but based on their 2 year warranty and customer service, I would imagine they would take care of anything if I did. read more

Ordered my boyfriend a stand-up paddle-board from here for his Birthday and he absolutely loves it. I had done a bunch of research and although I hadn't read much about the "Saturn" line of products they carry I can attest to how well these boards are built. I picked up for about half of what some sites were offering comparable boards and the ones within my price range had none of the frills or amenities that the Saturn SUP does. I was especially thrilled to realize that 2 people can ride atop the board like a Kayak - Once I get around to ordering some seats we will be doing MUCH more of that. I'll just say my experience with BoatsToGo has been stellar. Shipping and delivery was prompt. My boat was received in perfect condition and within no time, I was out on the lake! I've taken the Saturn boat out about 6 times so far, and the boat material is super strong and sturdy with no signs of deflation. Sometimes i would dock the boat in shallow waters with sharp rocks, but that did not phase the condition of the boat either. Customer service is excellent. Ok so I bought a saturn SD365 inflatable in July. The boat is very tough and I've brought it to a few places. I mainly fish saltwater. I've had it in Florida and caught around 40 fish in 4 hours. One of the best experiences ever. A few months ago I bought an 04 8hp Johnson. She runs at about 13 mph with two people and 300 lbs of gear and 16 with the same gear and 1 person. I am fairly confident this boat could make 3 miles out in the ocean all day. Can't wait to try in april. This boat could handle 3 footers easily. The material is tough. I'm also about to buy a hard floor from boatstogo.com. Overall great little boat. We use it as a tender for our bigger boat also. read more

I purchased the 12' SD365 about 8 months ago and have been very pleased with it thus far. Shipping was quicker than expected and the boat performed great. I love the rowing paddles that make a one man rowing job so much easier than expected. I use it with a 4 stroke 6hp outboard and it holds the weight perfectly. Great for fishing and exploring the canyons of lake Powell. When I received it, one of the bench seat plastic ends was broken. I called and asked them to ship out a new bench or corner piece. I ordered an SD518, it's one of the biggest boats they have. I had to leave it permanently assembles and on a trailer because it's really big and heavy. The price was really affordable and the build quality was quite nice. They were very helpful with their service, they answered very consistently through their support email.
