I took one chair in for Romeo to see the actual chair and was told it would take 3-4 weeks for the chair to be done. In only a week I got a text that the chair was done! I went to pick up my first chair and took in the second chair. In 3 days the second chair was complete! The only issue I had was that the screws at the bottom near the back wheels was poorly inserted. They did not they lay flat and were quite messy; I was told that that the screws were a one time use! I don't think that was true because the screws for the second chair laid nice and flat. The reupholstery was was done very nicely. I would recommend VRS for your project.
