Don't buy a car from the dealer (crooks) but the service department seemed reasonable. Hard to say it was a great experience being at a dealership who changed warranty terms and made promises. They did fail to recalibrate the fuel gauge after replacing fuel pump and I have a burnt fuel smell when driving so can't say even they were good but far better than the sales side. read more

Serviced vehicle twice both times vehicle came back with parts not appropriately attached causing additional issues. Large cost discrepancies between quote and final bill having to dispute (this in the end was corrected). Will not bring vehicle back and risk servicing vehicle at this dealership again. read more

Buyer beware! ZERO service after the sale of a vehicle. Purchases a car less than 30 days ago. Check engine light came on and I notified them immediately about this. They then came back and told me I'd have to pay for a diagnostic fee (that that would discount the fee how nice of them to $100./hr) just to find out what the issue is. I had it diagnosed at another trusted mechanic and called Bob Brockland back who then told me that oh, we're sorry but that part isn't covered by any warranty and it will be my expense. I haven't even had the car 30 days now I'm out another $1,800 bucks. Thanks a lot Bob Brockland for backing your service after sale. Was then told after being upset at the service desk by the "service manager" that they would contact me next day after talking with sales manager about this. Never heard a peep. I'm sure they're laughing at me since I'm the one that's been scammed. Buyer beware! I will not be back and you should really think twice before going here. read more

Took my GMC Pickup for a "Service". $1,400 later they I received the truck back. Needed it for a drive the next day. Made it to Rolla before the truck stopped. I had to pull over and shut if off twice. It missed very badly. Somehow it limped back to STL. Took it back the next day. They told me they "cut come corners to save me some money". Changed the Spark Plug wires and charged me for it. Service writer said he would take $20 off for my TROUBLE. I have had it with GM and this dealership...... He was very clear, if I would just listen to him everything would be correct and anything that went wrong was MY FAULT. Amazing this place can stay in business.... read more

I purchased a 2019 ford expedition from them 2 weeks ago. Not one day later did the whole heating pump assembly go out causing my car to overheat going to Easter dinner. Not only did they blow us off but we know they knew about the damage before selling. It was leaking coolant all over the place. They are a scummy dealership with even worse workers, very lazy and like to toss you around. They gloat about being a family dealership and an upstanding and fair dealership, where was any of this???? Took hours to buy the car, and their excuse for not paying up is that we didn't bring it to them. I'm sorry are you guys stupid, it was Easter sunday smooth brains. Why would we tow the car to a mechanic that either doesn't know what he is doing or he lied. Seems like the other comments for service speak for themselves. Never buy from here, do not service here, don't do your business with them. Saved for 5 years just for them to screw me. I decided to take my Lexus for body repair to this Buick location from a recommendation from family. The car came out perfect! They used OEM parts resulting in perfect body panel alignment, with complete 100% perfect paint matching. Paul and John maintained excellent communication with me during the process, which was a quick one week turn around time. No complaints at all and will for sure return. The service department at George Weber once told me that I wasn't worth their time and I should go across the street to Bob Brockland. I'm glad they made the suggestion, and as long as I live in the area, I won't be going anywhere else. I took my car there for an odd problem that isn't seen normally in my make/model, and one that was outside of my mechanical knowledge. They did the tests I asked for without questioning me, then gave me a quote that was as reasonable as anyone else in town. After a while, I brought it back for the service. They had it less than 24 hours and gave me a free car to drive in the meantime. They suggested some other maintenance items with my car without the scare tactics - just their suggestions. They got the sale on some of their suggestions just for being awesome. Overall, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend them to take care of your vehicle. read more

It was great as usual. Once again I dropped off my son's car after hours because an issue with his antifreeze suddenly developed. I did not expect the car to be worked on as quickly as it was. I was satisfied just to get it on to the lot without the use of a tow truck. When I checked on it the next moring, Tim already had a report for me which worked out great. Once again the mechanic did a terric job and Tim kept me informed along the way. Certainly, one of the best shops I have used over the years. read more
