Took the car there and dropped it off. They had it all taken care of by the next day and, it was a whole lot cheaper that what Shorkey estimated. In fact I even went to Shorkey's and told them to send all their auto service cars down there to get it done cheaper for them. Yictory Lane Auto Service, you can't beat the care of your vehicle or the price of the care, there. And, they have a friendly staff as well. Take your car problems to them and they will be fixed.

Upon calling him out via a phone call he asked me to bring it in again. I explained that it is an inconvenience of finding another ride to work and such. He offered to "have one of his guys ride me to work." No thanks. I got a partial refund without much effort besides his getting mad on the phone. Why give me money back? Because he did a bad job with low attention to detail and now he regrets being lazy. Take your car anywhere else. Read reviews for local. Joe goes out of his way to obtain parts (like my recently replaced alternator in a 2005 Town and Country) at the most reasonable cost he can. In 10 years, I haven't had a single instance of having to take a vehicle back because of something that was "repaired" still not working correctly, which is more than I can say for EVERY big box auto repair place I've ever used.
